George was prompt, thorough, very knowledgeable and professional. His pricing is competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Read what the provider did for me. Did excellent work on my 20 year old awning windows, which are not made anymore. Replaced all my old five handles, which one was broken.

George was available within hours of my call and arrived early for our appointment. He was friendly, professional, and promptly replaced my broken pane.

I have had this provider work on several properties, repairing windows that won't crank, sliding glass doors that need new rollers, and installing locks on sliding glass doors and making screens for windows that had none. While I always seem to think he is quite costly (about $300 for a few sliding glass door locks) he is friendly, professional, very qualified and knows his stuff. It sometimes kills me to spend the amount I do for what seems like a small job, but he consistently does it correctly. One window that didn't crank right I had 3 handymen try to fix first, and they got the wrong parts or couldn't do it. George got it fixed well for a good price. At the end of the day, he is still who I would call to fix a window or sliding door, in spite of the price.

George arrived on time and performed an inspection of our old windows, which had a pretty old and damage window film. We asked George to provide us an estimate to replace all window glass, but after inspecting the windows he explained with details the pros and cons of having installed a new window or just replaced the old glass, which based on those facts the best approach we should take was to replace the windows. This attitude reflects a proper business conduct from a service provider that would perform a job/work that is appropriate and adequate to meet the client's requirement.

Placed a call late Friday afternoon and spoke with George. He agreed to coming over this next morning. He arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the problem and quoted a price. An hour later the door was working good as new. After seeing what was involved to do the repair, it was not over priced. Worth every penny.

I just bought an old home and tried a window replacement and repair company, who told me nobody would be able to fix them due to unavailability of parts for windows that old. They gave me a $1600 quote to replace a single large front window that wouldn't close, and a $25K quote to replace all of my windows, many of which wouldn't open/close. George arrived on time, checked all of the windows, and quoted me a reasonable price to fix two that wouldn't function. He threw in repair of the large front window for free! I couldn't be happier - there is certainly an advantage to having someone who doesn't sell windows providing an assessment of whether they can be salvaged. I recommend Complete Windows unconditionally.

Excellent!!! George is a professional. Beautiful work, done rapidly. I will contract with him again as I will have more work to do on my project of renovation on my Redland home. It's refreshing to see someone work with the ethic he exhibited; you don't have to look any further!

Took two minutes to replace 2 window rods and 5 minutes to replace the window. Left silicone glue on the big window which I will try and cut off. Nice man but unless the window rods cost $100.00 each.

George arrived as scheduled and did the work completly in a reasonable time. He was friendly and helpful and cleaned up when he was finished. I have been trying forever to get someone to install the pet door. So I am happy to have it done. I am sure I will be calling George again soon.

I couldn't be happier! George called me back within about 15 minutes after I first contacted the company, and we set a date for him to do the work. He gave me an estimate based on what I told him, which was within the range that I had figured. He arrived promptly and gave me a complete estimate before beginning the work. I was impressed that he had the repair parts with him, as I've had this window repaired before and have always needed to wait for parts to arrive. The window works like a charm, and has never been easier to open. George even looked at another window that is a bit hard to open and advised me not to do anything at this point - "No sense fixing what's not broken". He lubricated that window for me and it is easier to open. Finally, he worked for quite a while on my slipping glass door, replacing the rollers with quality parts (and explaining the difference between what I had and what he would be using), and then put a cap on my door track since it was warped. I can now open that door with one finger - something I was never able to do. All the while he was there he answered any questions I had, and he was pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend him to my friends and would certainly use him again!

I called George to give me an estimate repairing my sliding glass door, which would basically not even open without a lot of force. He called me on the way to the estimate and showed up on time. He was extremely professional and I knew right away that I wanted to use him for the job. He came the following Saturday (again called when he was on the way). He did an awesome job! The door works beautifully! Better than new! I can open and close it with one finger and it seals perfectly. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself on the way out. I would highly recommend him, and in fact, I already have.

Outstanding company. George came the same day, and fixed a broken window after an attempted burglary at my house. A burglar attempted to enter my home by breaking a bedroom window. Thankfully our alarm scared him away, and nothing was taken. But we were left with 2 broken panels in a window. I found Complete Window Service on Angie's List and called around 1:00. George told me he would come at 3:00 and he showed up on time, ready to work. He removed the broken glass and fixed the broken panels in under 2 hours, for a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. Strongly recommend this company.

He was great, polite , honest and efficient . I appreciated his honesty most of all as he could have given me a story yet he was honest and said that I would need to contact a company that could replace the track.

We had several windows in our home that were very hard to open and when you did get them open they would not stay up. The gentleman that came took care of the problem and instead of telling us we needed to replace parts he was able to fix what was there and that saved us a lot of money. He also greased all the window mechanism so we would not encounter the same trouble opening them in the future. He replaced the screen on our patio door and another one of the screens that was damaged. All in all it was a good experience. The gentleman was courteous, punctual and handled all of of problems without any problem.

My husband, who is now retired, was a glazier (glass) for 35 years and knew what needed to be done and the best way to do it. This was a case of "You get what you pay for" and my husband was in complete agreement as to how Mr. Fuentes completed this job. Yess, it might have been done cheaper but as it's said in the trade, it would have been a half- --- done job. Excellent company to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
