Description of Work: Carlos arrived punctually; diagnosed sprinkler problem; suggested alternative solutions; agreed price and timing; installer returned earlier than promised. One part supplied was defective and had to be returned to their supplier; returned in less than one hour and completed the installation. Both were very helpful.
