Big Ron's Tree Services

The power company had problem with neighbor trees and mines was not in great condition. I called Ron today and he was able to come out today and perform work and he will be out next week to do more. Previously when he has come out he has done a great job. Fantastic work!

Excellent service. Ron did come to my house to give me the estimate, explained everything very well and in the following day the service was done. Also he did it with the right equipment (not climbing in the trees as some contractors offered to do) causing no damage to the trees neither putting professionals at risk. They are experts. Price was also excellent.

Big Ron and his team are all super knowledgable, courteous and hard workers. I was very impressed with their work. The entire project was quick, easy and inexpensive. I will definitely work with Big Ron again when we are ready to replant our back yard.

Big Ron and his crew do great work. The price was reasonable considering the amount and quality of the work they did. They left the tree looking great. They really know what they are doing. They cleaned and chipped up all the debris and left the back yard and the street where the chipper was perfectly clean.

Big Ron is great and very knowledgeable. He guided me through obtaining the tree permit. His guys are very professional and cleaned up the yard nicely after the trees were removed. He is also very reasonable. I would definitely hire Big Ron's again.

Big Ron was great to work with. He came out, gave us a estimate and options for permitting. He has a great personality and took the time to walk us thru what was going on. Very pleasant. When it was time to do the job, his crew showed on time, took care of asking for permission before removing anything and were very pleasant... We were a little scared of the job, the 3 trees were pretty big and were hanging on the neighbor's yard... but the crew were careful. We are very glad that we used Big Ron and we will definitely call him back if we need anything else.

My dad is elderly and wanted a giant plumeria tree and ponytail palm cut down. He called Big Ron's Tree Services. Ron came out right away and gave him an estimate of price and time. The work started on time (actually on the early side of the range Ron provided) which was just a couple of days after Ron provided the estimate. My dad enjoyed chatting with Ron. He was amazed at how quickly the work was done and the debris carted away (all done in one day). The crew did their very best to sweep up the smaller pieces and the saw dust and even helped remove most of the old flowers that had dropped on the roof for my dad. To top all of this off Ron sent him a thank you card for his business immediately after the job was completed!

Big Ron was very responsive to my call; he came out to give me an estimate within a few days. The estimate was very reasonable. He then scheduled the trimming within two weeks, and trimmed two very large trees. It was an excellent job, and the trees looked very good while reducing them a significant amount. Everything was cleaned up very nicely. Overall, excellent service.

It was a pleasure to do business with Ron. Although it was a relatively small job for him, he took the time to answer my questions and even provided me with the names of other individuals who could assist me with some other work. He was personable and professional in every respect and I will never use another tree service.

They were excellent. They were very knowledgeable but Big Ron, the owner, is sort of hands-off and didn't control the project well, but I still think he gave us excellent service. He left and wasn't here. He tried to charge me extra because I told the guys to do some things that were not in the original contract. I did pay him some extra. I would still rate him excellent. I would use him again but I don't know if he would deal with us.

Except for cancelling his first appointment, when his climber became unavailable, the job went very well. His men broke a sprinkler and an electric outlet during the job and he agreed to repair them at his cost.

asked for estimate for clean ups of palm and other trees as well the fertilizing of them. we decided to only do the clean up as the other costs were much higher than the competition. the clean up went as scheduled on promised time/date and were very professional about it.

We set the date for service, he had a cancellation and called to see if he could come early, of course this worked well. He brought 5 guys, they trimmed the trees and then some extra branches hanging on the house. They cleaned the enitre back yard. You would never know they were there, except the backyard is much brighter! I would DEFINITELY hire them again!

Ron gave me a great price and was very courteous in person however that's where it all ends........... . I have not seen or heard from him in over two weeks since the day me showed up and gave me the bid. I've honestly called a dozen times left detailed messages . Nothing...... Not even a courtgecy call saying I'm really busy let's talk ......nothing . How long does it take to make a one minutes call. I am a property manager who thought I'd found a great source for all the gardening/landscaping on properties I manage I thought I finally found an honest up front man of his word. . Unless he remedies this ASAP I will never have a good word to say about him or his company to anyone in the property management industry, the industry organizations or affiliations I belong to or any other people I worked with in the condo industry.Gary 305 298 3917

I called several tree services for estimates. Ron personally answered the phone and came out the next day. He quoted a great price, showed up when he said he would, and finished the work quickly and well. He has all the heavy equipment needed for tree removal: a cherry picker, wood chipper, etc... and came out with five men. He is also a really nice, personable guy. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

They were very punctual, not only for the work, but also responded promptly to my call. I am very satisfied. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

It was truly a pleasure working with Ron and his crew. I called for an estimate. Ron personally came out that day and was just fantastic. It was obhe's extremely intelligent and definitely knows his stuff when it comes to trees, permitting, etc. He performed a detailed walkthrough and gave me a very an accurate and fair quote and we set up a date to start the work. On our scheduled date everyone showed up exactly when he said they would. His crew was outstanding. Every single one of them were nice, extremely professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They were very mindful to not disrupt or damage any other parts of my yard or my neighbors. All the work was finished on time as we agreed upon. Ron even went out of his way to coordinate with my fence installer and made sure that everything was out of the way ON TIME so that there would be no issues with installing the fences. Ron went out of his way to discuss and take care of some other tree services at my house to save me the trouble of future problems from those trees. To sum it all up.... Ron went above and beyond for the work at my house. He is extremely intelligent about his line of work. His quality of work is really amazing. His and his crews professionalism and courtesy were second to none. They were always on time, clean, and respected my and my neighbors home. YES I WOULD HIRE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM IN THE FUTURE.
