I just want to say thank you to Big Ron and Company for their attention to safety, respect for our time, excellent communication skills and scheduling. So thank you guys we look forward to using you for all of our future Tree Service needs and recommending you to all of our friends and family.

Big Ron's send out Colleen to give an estimate. She sent an estimate and I approved it. Hurricane season is very busy for them but it was my turn 10 days later after approval. I was happy because I was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks so it was good news. David went on site to do the job with a crew of 4 or 5 folks. The job didn't take more than 2 hours. The guys clean up all falling branches and air blow the grass upon completion. Very professional crew and I would hire and recommend them to anyone any time. Thank you! I even received a thank you card last night no one does that now a days.

The tree cutting crew arrived and completed the job within 90 minutes. The next day the stump removal guy came and removed the stump below ground level.

The tree was trimmed out well, all the trash cleaned up and carried away and they adjusted their visit to my busy schedule.

Ron showed up to give me the estimate, we agreed on the price and the following day, he had two different crews come on time and they worked on both different jobs very efficiently. I highly reccommend them.

He executed the job perfectly and professionally.

He never returned a quote. Perhaps the job was not big enough? Had someone else do it & was a large job.

Excellent job trimming the trees. Crew cleaned up also. One minor issue forgot to get the rest of the cut branches but Ron took care of it and the crew came back and got rid of them. Supervisor when trimming trees wanted to move the bucket truck to do another part of the oak checked with me to make sure he was not going to damage anything, glad he asked. Everything done well and I am very happy.

Big Ron's service crews were professional and courteous. They clearly know what they are doing, and performed safely and promptly.

I never agreed to a price and the company is trying to say that we had a verbal agreement which is not the case. He was supposed to give me a written agreement three different times, but he never sent it to me. One day his crew just showed up and began trimming the trees. He later billed me $500 for the work and didn't put in any details for the work that he did.

He showed up on time and explained what he could do and what I could do myself to save money. I gave him my contact info and never heard back. Text message and no answer. I assume this company only wants big jobs. Found someone else to do the job.

Great job. Used him twice and he's worth waiting for. The trees remain in great shape for a long time to come.

As usual, the crew arrived on time (I've used Big Ron's company before I was a member of Angie's List). Efficient, neat and clean. Ron and his team are the best.

Ron's Tree Service is the only one my mother trusted with her beautiful old oak tree and he is the only one I will trust. He and his crew arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. They canopied the tree where it looks absolutely beautiful. They didn't leave a single trace of debris behind. I strongly recommend Ron's tree service.

Ron was prompt in setting up appointments and getting out to my property for an estimate. His crew showed up when he said they would and were extremely professional and thorough. When we ran into a problem with a neighbor's pool pipe breaking along the property line whre there was a particularly stubborn stump, Ron's crew fixed the pipe themselves. When the neighbor complained that she wanted it completely replaced instead, Ron went above and beyond to work with the neighbor to get the probem resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Ron is a great example of extraordinary customer service and I highly recommend his service.

While my husband and I are big fans of the lush, overgrown look, our yard had grown to the point where out lake view was nearly non-existent. Additionally, our six palm trees were laden with coconuts, one of which came crashing down and nearly killed one of our dogs. Ron came by and showed us exactly what needed to be done in order to restore the view, and get some of our trees to thrive, as opposed to just survive. He is a licensed arborist, so we were very comfortable letting him prune our natives in a way that would keep the trees healthy. Not only was the view restored, our Hong Kong orchid exploded into bloom and attracted more hummingbirds than ever before. Within several weeks, there was new growth on our citrus trees and there were butterflies everywhere. The project stayed within the quote, and everything was done within the promised time frame. Highly recommended!
