Description of Work: Bruce came up from Miami (25 miles south of me) and diagnosed the problem within minutes, when two prior plumbers had been unable to. Then he helped me find a vendor online who could supply the damaged part for my European shower. He was knowledgeable and thorough. When I asked him how much I owed him, he refused any payment. Description of Work: Made appointment-met me- took information needed to provide estimate and failed to ever follow up with estimate or to have the courtesy to decline the job. This cost me several hours of my time, which I value at 350- an hour. Poor way to do business. Promised on several times to follow up with estimate and never did. |

Description of Work: The owner came to my home and looked at my bathroom. Asked me some questions about my style and wanted to know my budget. We discussed things briefly and he indicated that he would work up a drawing with suggestions/recommendations. This took several weeks with me having to email him frequently. I did not get anything that I could not have done on my own and I feel that it was more of a fishing expedition on the companies part for new customers.

Description of Work: The appt. was set up soon after I signed up for it. The provider was professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He made a lot of good suggestions to me about the design of my kitchen. He told me he would be emailing my plans in 1 or 2 days. Two weeks went by and I had not heard so I called and left a message. Within another day I had the plans with an apology for the delay. I have not proceeded with anything further with the remodeling project.

They removed and replaced all of the interior trim including doors, base, case, and locks / hardware throughout the property. Their attention to detail from estimating the job to installation of trim was impeccable. They conducted numerous additional repairs and services throughout this major renovation including general contractor support for the rough and finish work required in the kitchen reconfiguration and re-installation / repair of old infrastructure throughout the property. They provided detailed estimates, prompt service, and outstanding workmanship at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend them for any job no matter how large or complex

 + 0 moreMy husband and I searched for 3 months meeting with contractor after contractor before finding Bruce. He was very professional from start to finish. Bruce arrived at our initial consultation on time and quickly provided a detailed, professional and fair quote. He was very hands on and involved when it came to purchasing materials. Prior to demolition of the existing bathroom he took great care to cover and prep areas that could possibly be covered with dust. Also at the end of work day he made sure to clean up and run us through what was accomplished. We found his workmanship and level of knowledge to be superior. He subcontracted a tile guy, electrician, and glass manufacturer, all of which were professional as well. He is able to be reached quickly and responds fast to concerns and questions. Even after being paid the final balance he has come back to help us with our faulty shower hardware. We would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for great general contractor with fair prices. We will gladly call on him again in the future for our kitchen remodel and even some smaller projects.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bath. This included complete demo, new floor throughout, gutting and replacing shower (shower pan, wall tile, floor tile, hardware, glass enclosure, niche), changing out exhaust, lighting fixtures, electrical work, plumbing, vanity install, etc.
