Response from BG Building Group LLC
I must say I am very disappointed that you feel this way. I would like to clarify a few facts… I attempted to contact YOU the very next business day. I did in fact send you a design and additional info for your job. You purchased this offer on 4/8/2014 and I responded to your initial purchase message on 4/8/2014. I called you on 4/9/2014 because you did not leave a desired date for the appointment and stated only to call you to schedule. I sent you a message through Angie’s list again on 4/10/2014 because I had not gotten a response from you. We met on 4/17/2014. I sent you a message through Angie’s list the night of 4/17/2014 to ask for your email address, you responded that night. I admit that the design was not completed and sent to you until 5/15/2014 10:29pm. I sent you the design, pictures of the shower head you were interested in and some cabinet photos. Sent: Thursday, May 15, 2014 10:29 PM Subject: bath Hi, Hope all is well. Sorry for the delay. My computer program does not have floating cabinets so I included a picture for you. The make-up area for Mrs. **** will need to be custom made. Take a look and let me know what you think. Sent: Monday, May 19, 2014 10:05 AM Subject: RE: bath No, it's a start to make sure we are headed in the right direction. Thu 5/22/2014 3:40 PM Bruce, I discussed with the wife the design and it looks good. Can you please provide us with a better drawing and scope so we can evaluate further. Thanks I admit that the design was not timely but for you to state that it took several phone calls and that you did not receive a design is completely incorrect. We sent your design to an interior designer for final design and you had requested us to source all the products for your job. This takes time and resources to obtain but we were putting all of this together when you submitted your review prior to questioning the status of your final design.
