Said we were outside his regular service area but would come anyway. Showed up on time (early) for appointment. Inspected appliance and made recommendations. When it was determined that it was not worth saving, recommended a used washing machine that was known for reliability and sold it to me at a fair price. Trip price was absorbed into sale. Was friendly, patient and informative, answered questions and pointed out issues so I could see things for myself.

Appliance doctor was on time, very friendly and polite. The work was done quickly reasonably priced. He also told me how to maintain my dryer properly to last as long as possible.

Great experience - they were right on time for their appointment. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right then and there! Since this was an emergency (my refrigerator stopped cooling) they came out the same day - just a few hours after I called.
Description of Work: 25 year old refrigerator stopped cooling - they replaced the timer and some wires in the freezer area and now its working fine.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND MY CLOTHES DRY IN HALF THE TIME IT WAS TAKING TO DRY MY CLOTHES. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY SCHEDULE AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY.
