Fantastic. They were great. Very responsive, well priced, professional, on time and very neat.

Perfect! They were here exactly when they said they would be here, stripped everything, repaired the tub, cut a piece out of the side of the tub and put in the safety step, put down nonskid stuff inside the bathtub, and glazed the ceramic tile walls and tub white. It looks like a spa now! They started at 8 and were done by 4, all in one day.

It went great. The technician that came to do the job efficiently removed the previous layer. He had everything covered in plastic and was very neat. Then he applied the new coating and it has been fine ever since. He was very pleasant and professional and clearly knew what he was doing.

This is the first company that I have used that was neat, came on time and performed the services that were required. The service provider that came was so nice, anything that I asked I was informed on, and they went out out of their way to get the job done. I am very pleased with this company. The original cost was $475.00 but because I am an Angie's List member they provided me with $75.00 discount.

The technician called first and then showed up right on time, he was very friendly and professional and new exactly what he was doing. The tub looked awesome when he was done except for a few wayward specks of the non-slip particles that somehow got on the rim of the tank. When I later called the office they were very responsive and sent him back to solve the problem the next day which only took a few minutes. After I installed the new chrome drain and overflow the tub looks like brand new.

I am very satisfied with their work. I sent photos and was give an immediate estimate and a prompt job date. The workers were very prompt, very nice and did an excellent job. I would definately call them again and reccomend them to friends. Olga Robles

I telephoned in the week and after emailing photos of my disgusting bath tub ( brown from neglect - foreclosure property ) I had an almost immediate quote of $195 and they could come that Saturday as requested Saturday came, they were on time - actually early!! nice worker - trusted him to stay in the empty property as I had to dash out - replaced plug and overflow for extra $50 - came back at the tub is like NEW!! Very impressed and certainly recommend Good Job Guy!!

Seamless! This is a very prompt and professional company. Response times were very fast. Communication was clear. Service was excellent. Our bathroom feels transformed! It made a world of difference. We had an older bathtub with some staining on the bottom refinished in white. It looks brand new and clean. Our technician was thorough and left the area clean when finished. Caulk work around the tub was also done well. Excellent Job!!!

I have an old bathtub that I wanted to get refinished. I called Noel and he said I would have to get the drain removed. When I called the plumber he said the bathtub needed to be replaced. I called Noel back and he said send him some pictures and he'll tell me what he can do. He immediately called me back after I sent the pictures and gave me a couple of options. He clearly told me that he could do the repair but it would only last 1-2yrs max given the state of my tub. He even guaranteed his workmanship for 1 year. Noel was extremely honest and up front with me. He was not talking to me to just to earn business. He was talking to me to help me find the best solution. I wanted to write this review because Noel is the kind of person that you would be happy to do business with and if I need those services in the future, he would be the first person I call.

I originally called and spoke to Noel, who was wonderful on the phone, very helpful with my questions. I had called originally to find out the cost of replacing the tub because it had cracks and holes in it. He advised that they could completely refurbish the bathtub and fix the holes (I was under the impression that that couldn't be done). The price was way less that it would have cost to replace the tub so I decided to go that way. They came exactly on time and began work immediately. They were completely professional and the work went well. They did an excellent job. It's amazing, but they made a 36 year old fiberglass bathtub looks brand new, and saved me hundreds of dollars not having to replace the tub. They also furnished me with a lifetime guarantee. I am SO pleased with the work they did and will be using them again in the future to refurb my other bathroom. Great job, guys!!!!! P.S. Had someone come and install a new toilet a few days later, and they were so impressed with the job that they asked me for American Bathtub's phone number. Can't get better than that!!!

Provider was a little late arriving but worth the wait. I had read reviews about the fumes circulating through the house. Our provider made a nice plastic door enclosure so that all fumes were captured by the exhaust fan he brought and exhausted out the side window. The only noticeable fumes existed when he had to pack up and you could smell a little bit of fumes emanating from the fresh paint finish. Once the new finish dried, the small bit of fumes decreased rapidly. The new finish was applied with a nice wet glossy coat without any visible runs, sags, dry patches or over spray. It looks beautiful. Even the adjacent toilet was not an obstacle in regard to a good wet, even paint coat application. Very skilled individual.

This is my second time working with Lola and her techs . The gentlemen work neat and clean and always make sure to explain the process and how long it will take. Very pleased with the work and will continue to use them and refer them in the future.

Prior work done by another company was done well. Tub stated to peel after just 4 years. Worker came out filled in holes that were not done before which cause the tile to start peeling. He was thorough and detailed. Highly recommend this company.

The vendor arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. The was no mess left behind and the tub looks fabulous.

Showed up early Examined the issue we had Explained what needed to be done. Re quoted the job at a lower price Treated us and our home with respect. Cleaned up after they were finished. Gave us instructions on the care of the tub Left us with a tub that looks like new Being an un-handyman I was doing some work in my bathroom just a few weeks after they refinished my tub. I called them and they were more than happy to come out and fix it for me This is a company that knows about customer service. Don't look anywhere else this is the best deal and service you can get
