Took the time to discuss our needs and made good suggestions even though It was less a less expensive option than we were originally Going to select. It’s nice to pay for a service where the installer cares about Doing a good job, Is pleasant and cleans up!

Technician called first and showed up promptly. Even though there was some confusion over the number of bathtubs, it was no problem and he did a beautiful job on both tubs. He was very clean and professional.

Received price quote over phone, very easy to do business with. They handled all paperwork with Condo Association and showed up on date they committed (early). There were a few rough spots on finish and I called contact (Noel), Noel was very responsive and scheduled tech to come back out. Both appointments they showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend and I would use them again. Thank you.

Fantastic! Punctual, professional and efficient. They had estimated it would take about 5 hrs to do both tubs but he finished in 3 1/2 and the results were seriously awesome. I will def use them again, Love my new tubs!!

Sink texture was too tough, and he forgot to paint one of the sinks. Had to come back. Final job is very pretty, but tje new paint color is thin and scratches pretty easily.

Arrived earlier with my agreement as cancellation permitted it.

Awesome from start to finish. Noel responded promptly to my email for an estimate. I sent pictures and received a fair price. The work was completed within 2 weeks. My roman bathtub was peeling from a reglaze done 5 years ago (a different company). I also wanted to glaze the bathtub steps because the white tile and grout was worn looking. I got this idea from looking at the pictures on their website. My sink started with a little crack that quickly started to spread. I wanted to get a repair right away to avoid replacing the whole sink. America Bathtub And Tile Refinishing did a great job of repairing the tub and sink. The reglaze makes the tub, step and sink look great! They arrived on time as promised. One note about the reglaze process is that it does stink. The bathroom was out of service for 2 days. 1 day to let it set/dry, the 2nd day because of the smell. This is about the process, not the company. I am very happy with the service and work provided by America Bathtub And Tile Refinishing. I will use them again and refer my friends/family.

Noel called within 30 minutes of my message to him on Angie's List, and gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone based on the photos I sent. He set an appointment for 5 days later, for 2 workers, on a Saturday afternoon. Jose arrived on time and began preparation and repairs right away. He was working alone, so I knew the job would take longer than expected. He never stopped working once, and had both bathtubs and all four sinks finished at around 9pm. I wasn't expecting workers to be here that late, especially on a Saturday, but he completed the job in one day. Jose gave me the invoice, priced exactly as agreed upon, and provided the care instructions for the refinished fixtures. The tubs and sinks look as good as new! The only issue I had was a small amount of the refinishing material extending beyond the sinks, just a bit more than one would expect the caulking to extend. I messaged Noel over the weekend, and he scheduled Jose to come back and trim the excess finish and re-caulk the sinks on Tuesday. Overall, we are very pleased with the new look of our 43 year-old bathtubs and sinks, as well as our experience with American Bathtub and Tile Refinishing. They are very responsive to customer concerns and their worker arrived as scheduled. I was a bit surprised to see that only 1 worker arrived when 2 were expected, but we had no plans for that particular Saturday evening, anyway. When Jose returned to trim away the excess refinishing material, he arrived 1.5 hours later than agreed to with Noel, with no notification to me that he would be late. Again, these are minor issues, and worked out OK with my schedule this time, but just something that American Bathtub and Tile Refinishing might want to take into consideration. Your work is beautiful, but please be considerate of the client's time and keep him/her notified of any changes in schedule.

The technician showed up on time and completed the work. Before he left, I questioned the finish on the bathtub, but was told it was just the way the light it the tub. When the tub dried, parts of the tub are glossy, parts are dull, and the sides are very rough. Plus, I had to clean paint off my tile walls, my laminate floor in the hall, and rescreen the screen in my bathroom due to paint getting on it.

It went well. The tub looks great. You can't even see where the door track used to be.

Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness and Professionalism were the best. I would recommend this company.They back up their work with a lifetime guarantee as long as you take proper care of the work that was done. They provide those instructions. Happy refinishing.
