Description of Work: They contacted me to arrange for an appointment to provide me with an estimate to replace my roof. As soon as I had the appointment date I checked with MiamiDade Building Department for complaints and violations. They have multiple violations for not obtaining permits and for failure to fulfill contract obligations. I was not able to verify their insurance status with the state of Florida . I emailed Joanne back to inform her that I needed information about their insurance status. Not sure why this member decided to write these comments. No one from our office or staff ever spoke to her, or visited her property. Not sure what her motives were to put a false and misleading post. We take a lot of pride in our work and our professionalism which is evident by the other roughly 60+ positive comments we do have. Please check our license, and insurance there are no violations against our state license. Not only are we fully licensed but we have increased limits that are well beyond the requirements in our trade. We are also a bonded company. This is obviously a member that is trying for no reason to cause damage to our company.
