Wow! First off let me tell you that I am in the construction business. I am a licensed general contractor and a roofing contractor and currently work as a project manager for one of the largest developers in Florida so I know first hand what to expect in quality and pricing for this type of work. And you would think I would have no problem finding someone to do me personal home work, but unfortunately that isn't the case. We went through 5 Tile installers who either didn't bother to show up or we're way off on pricing. My wife and I were blown away by Kevin. He was exactly what we were looking for. He was respectful, and mindful of our needs and requirements from the very first introduction to the end when he cleaned up and left. His price was exactly what I was looking to pay, his ideas on how the project was to be done was exactly what we were considering and the end results were better than we anticipated. He was a fine gentleman and we look forward to doing more projects with him!

Kevin was extremely responsive and was able to squeeze us in right away. He fixed the initial problem in no time at all. When a second leak became noticeable that evening he came back the next day and fixed that too. Very professional and attentive. I have already recommended him to friends and will be using him for more projects in the near future.

Kevin's communication and attention to detail were great throughout the process of replacing the door. He paid attention to our needs during the initial consultation, kept in touch while we waited for a custom door order to arrive, and explained what he was doing during and after the installation of the door. He did an excellent and professional job of installing the door, paying attention to details that were important to us and the longevity of the door. He was on time or early, prepared, and left the work area very clean.

It went great, I have used Kevin's services before and I knew he would do a great job. And he did! He was punctual, paid great attention to detail and very clean (there was sanding involved so it was dusty, but he cleaned up). I was so happy when it was done and everything looked terrific.

Everything was great! Not only did Kevin install the hurricane shutter exactly as we discussed, but he also squeezed me in with almost no notice because I needed my work done basically immediately. He showed up on time, worked quickly, but thoroughly, cleaned up afterward, and was a total professional. Also super-noteworthy is that he helped me (free of charge!) with a couple of other small projects I had (helped measure and cut a metal curtain rod since I didn't have the proper saw on hand, and also helped me tighten some posts in my fence, and gave me some extra screws and anchors to help with my projects. He went ABOVE and BEYOND! Highly recommend.

Kevin is an extremely competent handyman/builder who can do a range of repairs and projects. He has done a number of house repairs for us, including fixing a rotted window frame; replacing a section of worn-out pipe under our kitchen sink; and installing a large cabinet in a bathroom. He lays out the time and expense involved in each repair before he starts; the invoices are always as outlined before he began work. The finished work is always first-rate. We recommend him highly.

Excellent. Kevin was extremely easy to work with, worked very hard and was on time every day. He even took my dog out while I was gone! I love my new bathroom, everything was well done in a timely manner.

Very well. As always, Kevin did a great job. He suggested adding small pavers to match the patio. He spent half a day re-cementing and cutting tile. He also came back later on to check on his work.

Kevin Malley arrived on time and even picked up my closet and toilet at Home Depot. He was very nice and genuinely cared about doing a good job. He even removed the carpet in my closet even though that was not part of the job. He installed the closet door and the toilet and cleaned up after himself. Kevin Mallay cleaned, covered and sealed the problem area within two days of our request, and the awning replacement went ahead without a problem. Kevin consistently provides ingenuity and good judgement in handling repairs on our aging house. He restores things to good functionality without expensive remodeling.

Excellent job! I needed to replace the exterior door in my laundry room leading into the garage. Kevin showed up promptly for the installation and was meticulous in removing the old door as to not damage the frame, thus saving me the cost of having to replace it. He worked all day and installed the new door more securely than the old door. Upon completion, Kevin put everything back in its place, and cleaned up every last speck. I highly recommend him, and will definitely be utilizing his services in the future for additional work/repairs.

Kevin Mallay came out to my home on a Saturday and quoted a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. The following Monday, he arrived on time and worked the entire day on the project, then returned the next day to finish the job. It turned out to be quite labor-intensive because portions of the fencing had become entwined with tree roots. Mr. Mallay also did additional work above and beyond was was expected, without charge. He is polite, courteous, reliable, and obviously takes great pride in a job well done. I highly recommend his services.

Kevin was very professional. He did the kitchen ceiling and I am so happy with the everything he did. I love my new kitchen ceiling. It makes the kitchen seem larger and after he was done he cleaned the areas.
