KSM Development

This is the 2nd review that I've done for Kevin. The 1st one was a few years back. Nothing has changed. He is by far the best handyman that I have ever used. The range of his skill set along with his extensive set of tools is a very hard combination to beat. He is 100% trustworthy. When he quotes you on a job, rest assured that it will be well done and exactly as promised. He is very neat and never leaves a mess. I'm already working on a new list for him. I highly recommend Kevin. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin is amazing. On time, neat and precise work. He filled in cut drywall and painted. Would hire him again and recommend him without hesitation.

I can't recommend Kevin enough! He’s been an absolute lifesaver with all the work he’s done around my house. He repaired my entire fence, installed a new bathroom sink, fixed the garbage disposal, and even worked on my gate door, outlets, and outside lights. Kevin Malay of KSM Development fixed some home projects that required skill, especially hanging the pot rack in to a cement wall. Now I will be able to hang my treasured Lodge wrought iron pan without worrying it will come out of the wall. He covered the area to prevent a mess and cleaned up after finishing the job. His prices are very reasonable. I will call him again!

It went well. Kevin, by far, was the best handyman I’ve ever had. He was very thoughtful, considerate and patient and let me not to forget to say…hardworking. I am beyond happy with the creative solution and craftsmanship provided by Kevin to repair and tile my bathtub wall. I found Kevin on Angi’s after a plumbing fix left a hole in my wall and another service attempted to fix it and failed. Kevin listened and proposed a couple of options to meet my budget and fear that any type of repair would look like a patch job in my 1960’s mosaic tile bathroom. He selected tile options that, now installed, look like an accent wall instead of a quick fix to cover a hole. Thank you, Kevin, for your professionalism and a solution that surpassed all expectations.

It was a pleasure working with Kevin. He is an excellent communicator, arrived on time, and did the agreed upon job on budget and competently. I will certainly work with him in the future.

I've hired Kevin for jobs at my house and at my mother's house, ranging from installing durock and porcelain tile to installing interlocking vinyl flooring to removing/reinstalling window treatments to plaster work. He always shows up on time, is responsible, can be trusted and does a very good job.

Kevin installed a barn door to replace a pocket door for my powder room. It turned out great. I think it really makes a statement when you walk in the front door!

Kevin is an effective and punctual communicator. His work is as we agreed, he informed me about progress, and kept a clean job. He was on time and on budget and his work was great.

Kevin was recommended to me by one of my neighbors whose opinion I highly value. He did not disappoint. I had a long list of jobs when Kevin started which only got longer as I watched him go through my punch list. I am a fairly handy 75-year-old who knows a lot about how things need to be done, but not necessarily by me. I have to tell you that his knowledge about all facets of construction is equally matched by his skill level. He is by far the most qualified handyman that I have ever used. He will take the time to assess each job and then carefully explain his process and provide you with a detailed estimate. I found his estimates to be very fair considering the quality of work that he provided. I have already recommended Kevin to many of my friends and I will be using his services again in the near future. It never ends with old houses. Thank you, Kevin.

It’s not often, especially in Miami, that you find a competent, thorough, reliable, likable and punctual handyman. Found one! Kevin is all that and more. He loves a challenge. Our dog, who is the best judge of character in our household loves him as well. We were extremely fortunate to have found Kevin and would highly recommend him.

I am so pleased with the work done, the professionalism, and the entire interaction with KSM Development. I had some plumbing work done as well as drywall patching and the experience was great — from being responsive to texts to showing up and then to doing excellent work at a fair price.
