I can not be more impressed by Kevin’s expertise and professionalism. In my backyard he built a wooden deck around a very large tree with a rooftop that is also going to be used for entertaining. Before he even started the construction, the way unloaded, carried and set down all the heavy wood planks and his equipment already told me it was going to be a success. The concrete footers used to anchor the posts, the heavy duty hardware and the choice of wood makes this whole structure aesthetically perfect and indestructible. The work was executed with great care and organization. Highly skilled, respectful, good-hearted and reliable to the max! You can not find another one like Kevin in South Florida!

Aesthetically perfect and there is no Hurricane that can knock it down! He carried the 10 ft. wooden planks and very heavy posts and set it all in place on his own. Highly skilled, conscientious, respectful and good-hearted— the very best I’ve worked with in south Florida, where true CRAFTSMANSHIP AND RELIABILITY are truly hard to find!

I am extremely satisfied with Kevin's service and work. He arrived early. All that had to be done, was done timely and very well, neat, did not waste any time between the different jobs, jumped right from one to the other. Asked me questions and explained things when needed. Cleaned up and picked up and disposed of all garbage and debris before leaving. Price for the job was fair. Also he was very respectful and serious while doing the work. As a woman this is also very important to me. Will call him back for sure for any jobs I personally need in my home or for the condominium association that I am a member of the board.

Went very well. I've used Kevin several times over the past 3 years. Always punctual, picks up supplies as needed from big box stores. Very conscientious in doing the job right, cleans up after himself and hauls away any debris. A real "jack of all trades".

All went well (as usual with Kevin). The old bathroom in the garage was removed and the space finished off so I could put my refrigerator in the space. The space was painted and all left clean.

Excellent work, very honest and reasonable

Kevin did a great job of installing new tiles in our kitchen, replacing baseboards in our kitchen and dining room, and installing a new bathroom faucet. Before the job, we met to discuss what needed to be done and the materials each of us would get. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Kevin was always on time or early. He's also great about cleaning up at the end of the day. The kitchen looks great now. Thank you, Kevin!
