He was supposed to fix a sloping issue that my bathroom had. The original agreement was to remove the tiles in the pan area down to the concrete, correct the sloping issue, and rebuild the step area. This is for a stand-up shower. We agreed on $2000. Then the day of the project Kevin decided to do less than half the work, which was just to remove the tiles in the pan area only and still demanded I pay him $2000, which I did. When he cut the tile for the step area, he made a mistake with the measurement so it left a gap between the wall and tile on both sides. He told me he would fix it by using, I think, caulking. After the work was done, I did not like it but he had already left. He was scheduled to come back the following Monday to install my bathroom mirrors. He broke the hinge and I had to get a replacement. We had issues with the mirror for a while and I didn't get a chance to tell him I was not pleased with the gap between the step area and the walls in the shower. Plus, I know he likes to focus on one thing at a time. So after he finished installing the mirrors, I called him into my bathroom to express my feeling on what he did. I also told him that Home Depot would not do the installation of my sliding doors with the gap because water will puddle in that area. Then Kevin told me to have Home Depot fix his error and I could not believe what I was hearing. He wanted me to pay someone more money to fix his mistakes after I paid him $2000. I need him to come out and fix his mistake at no additional expense to me. He needs to buy back the tile materials we used for the step area from Home Depot and fix his mess. I will not be paying for MORE MATERIAL EXPENSES out of my pocket. I refuse to have a gap between the tile and walls and have water puddling and causing future damage. My bathroom is an upstairs bathroom. What I have noticed about Kevin is that he likes to take a client's money but when he makes a mistake he thinks the client should pay for those materials again. I will do no such thing.

I can not be more impressed by Kevin’s expertise and professionalism. In my backyard he built a wooden deck around a very large tree with a rooftop that is also going to be used for entertaining. Before he even started the construction, the way unloaded, carried and set down all the heavy wood planks and his equipment already told me it was going to be a success. The concrete footers used to anchor the posts, the heavy duty hardware and the choice of wood makes this whole structure aesthetically perfect and indestructible. The work was executed with great care and organization. Highly skilled, respectful, good-hearted and reliable to the max! You can not find another one like Kevin in South Florida!

Aesthetically perfect and there is no Hurricane that can knock it down! He carried the 10 ft. wooden planks and very heavy posts and set it all in place on his own. I am extremely satisfied with Kevin's service and work. He arrived early. All that had to be done, was done timely and very well, neat, did not waste any time between the different jobs, jumped right from one to the other. Asked me questions and explained things when needed. Cleaned up and picked up and disposed of all garbage and debris before leaving. Price for the job was fair. Also he was very respectful and serious while doing the work. As a woman this is also very important to me. Will call him back for sure for any jobs I personally need in my home or for the condominium association that I am a member of the board.
