Promptly answered the phone to schedule the service for the next day. Arrived withing the time window and also called to let me know they were on the way. Shaun was the associate. He was professional, courteous, and quick with assessing the damage and the appropriate repair needed.

Excellent, Shaun did such a great job. They were able to give me a narrow time frame for him to arrive and he was there at the very first of that time. I asked to be called before he showed up and he made the call as requested. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He performed several test to determine the exact problem, he offered several solutions and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend hiring them.

Josh did great job; arrived early, had all parts, quickly repaired the door. He also replaced aging rollers and the second spring.

Very well. Technician (Josh) showed up early, diagnosed my problem, suggested I needed new springs (weight of door caused early failure of drive belt), replaced belt, springs and associated hardware, adjusted opener and was complete in a very satisfactory time. Good job!

We called Shaun at Paradise Garage Doors at 9:00 AM on Saturday. He indicated he would be by between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. He called a little after 12:00 PM and said he could be here in 20 minutes. He arrived early, was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Within half an hour he had our door repaired and the bill was reasonable at $149.00. Since we are retired and no longer able to do home repairs ourselves, it was reassuring to have a competent, polite, and nicely dressed person to handle our garage door repair. His work was excellent and his friendliness was appreciated. We would highly recommend Shaun and this company for any garage door work.

I called Paradise Garage Doors for repair of my lift master garage door which wouldn't raise. Service was scheduled for the time frame I requested. Shaun called to tell me he was on his way. He assessed the problem, gave me the cost before the repair, informed me as to what discounts Paradise offered ( senior citizen, first responder etc.). I told him which ones I was entitled to. He explained what needed to be done which included replacing the belt and rollers. He accomplished the job in a short period of time. My door now works smoothly. Shaun was pleasant and efficient. Paradise Garage Doors came to do our repairs within 24 hours, Shaun arrived at the time promised. We thought that the entire garage door opener was "Toast", but Shaun identified the problem within minutes - loose wire connection to the sensor. Shaun made the repair, lubricated the whole door, adjusted the chain (also showed us how to perform the lubrication). Appreciate the prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!

Shaun came to our house the morning after I called and replaced the broken spring and did a general review and maintenance of the door and it has never worked better. Also replaced the bottom door seal with a much better one than was on the door before. Excellent service and performed work very fast and professionally.

they attached the mount with 2 steel plates, anchored in the concrete wall, Attached the mount with 2 steel plates with long anchors into the concrete wall. Replaced the spring, straighten out the dents and bends we had put in the door while trying to open it, lubed the stack, reattached the arm to the chain, and did a few other general maintenance items. You can't ask for a better job with polite and cooperative personnel. I highly recommend this company. All this and I had just called the day before, right before closing.
