Called and requested service around 12:30 pm, not really expecting same day service. They advised a technician would arrive between 1 and 4 pm, and forwarded both a text and email confirming the appointment. Technician Ethan telephoned to advise with his arrival time and all work was completed before 4 pm. Excellent communication and courteous service!

I called Paradise Garage Doors for an estimate on one new opener based on previous work they've done for me. Eric came out next day, listened carefully to what I wanted and quoted me a reasonable amount for two openers, after talking to Sean. After scheduling the installation with the office folks, Eric returned and removed the old units and installed two new openers with rails. He patiently explained how they operate and how to download and operate the myQ app. He cleaned the garage after he was done and left it spotless. Eric was polite, courteous, professional and very competent. These are the go-to garage door people in the Space Coast area.

We were in need of a complete overhaul with our garage door and accessories. Had to have everything down to the outside keypad replaced. Albert and Taha did a fabulous job with removal and replacement of everything. Incredible work and completely happy with our new garage door and accessories. Great. Albert & Jay worked efficiently and steadily. Just as they were completing the installation of the spring replacement portion they noticed a problem and they took it all back apart and redid it. Something I would have never known about but could have caused problems later. When they had completely finished their work I had something I had never had before. The door was adjusted to where I could physically raise and lower it myself should the power go out. I am 79 and not very big (105 lbs). This is a big double door (hurricane rated) with metal bracing on the inside) so it is extremely heavy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Paradise was the only company that responded in a timely manner when my 41 year old door malfunctioned. It needed new springs and rollers. On its last legs, I bought a new door and Paradise kept the old one functioning until the new one arrived....at no additional cost. The installers, Josh and Albert were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient during the installation and left the area immaculate. I highly recommend this company for quality and customer service.

David was fantastic. This was the second time that he has come to the rescue with fixing my garage door opener. First time he replaced springs and second time he replaced gears and rollers. Shawn was excellent at what he did and did not try to sell mom a new door as she expected she would have to. He told her she only needed parts to fix it and on his second trip out, he did. The price he quoted was the price she paid. This man was professional and arrived when he said he would.

I had 4 estimates and Paradise came in at lowest price and best availability. Some estimates gave me 2-3 months timeframe. Paradise estimate was 2-8 weeks and install was 3 weeks from initiation of contract. Eric and Taba arrived on time and did a bang up job, even taking the time to answer any and all questions I had. Very pleasant experience first time purchasing a garage door! Thank you Paradise for updating my 1967 fiberglass garage door…I’m in paradise now!

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT PARADISE HAS A 4.9/5.0 RATING. MY INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH JOSH WAS EXTENSIVE, HE EXPLAINED MANY THINGS AND WAS VERY CONCISE. THEN, THE FRONT OFFICE, DIRECTED BY SEAN, JEN & CAROLINE WAS TERRIFIC IN EXPEDITING THE PROCESS. LASTLY, MY INSTALL TECHS ERIC & TAHA WERE VERY SKILLED AND EFFICIENT. OVERALL, THE LEVEL OF EXPERTISE, COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS INCREDIBLE. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BEING IN VERO BEACH AND DEALING WITH A COMPANY IN COCOA BEACH WAS NOT AN ISSUE. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT THEY DON'T DO LANDSCAPING!

I was very pleased that Paradise was able to send a repair person to my home within one hour of my call. Shaun, repair technician, was excellent. He quickly disassembled the door opening mechanism, presented me with repair options, and repaired the door in a short period of time. I was totally happy with all aspects of this transaction.

They showed up early. Eric and Taha were very organized, thorough and clean. They did not wear masks but they were obviously outside and were distant when talking and working.

Association with Lowe's is made to scam customers on other services. Garage door installation arranged through Lowe's and went fine. Then Shaun advised that I needed new rollers because of a click when garage door opened. 15 minutes and $179 later I have new rollers but still have the click. Think this operation is a scam through association with Lowe's to generate extra over-priced and unnecessary work.

Had a minor problem with opener and keypad. Shaun came right on time and took care of everything with a smile. Great service!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. My garage door was installed in June and it is still working beautifully. Their staff is awesome. Leigh came to my house to give me an estimate. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I got estimates from several other companies and they gave me by far the best price. The lower price didn't influence the quality of the product and service. Jay was the installer and I could not believe how quickly he installed the door. He was also very pleasant, patient and helpful. He took the time to show me how to program my key pad and how I can even operate it on my phone when I'm not home. The office staff were also very pleasant when I called. They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would.

Shaun, my service tech, contacted me before he came. He listened to the issue, diagnosed the problem & fixed it. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable & friendly. I’ve used this company in the past...they’ve never disappointed me. 5 stars in my book!

Very responsive...came out same day as garage door failed...rebuilt door quickly and at very reasonable cost. Shaun and Paradise Garage Doors are rock stars!

Spoke to Shaun last evening and the had Jay here at 7 AM Garage door opener installed 6 months ago so was unsure if they've stand behind job Jay was here AS PROMISED at 7 AM He checked roller in question and made necessary adjustments to all other rollers Very professional work and attitude
