David was prompt and immediately got to work. He explained what he needed to do and then showed me the work when he was finished. The price was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paradise again and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Our serviceman, David was prompt and very professional. I mentioned that the door was having issues with opening and he told me that it could be the sensors. My first thought was that he would probably find that they needed to be replaced however he told me that he cleaned my sensors and when I tried my remote, the door was opening perfectly! He could have easily told me that the sensors needed to be replaced. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and I would recommend his company to anyone.

Called around 6 in the evening because the spring for the garage door split in half due to old age (16 years old). Shaun showed up first thing the next morning and did an awesome job replacing the spring, gears and weatherstripping that I had requested the night before. I had noticed the rollers looked rusted as well and asked if he could a replace those and he did. Work was exceptional, garage door rolls up smooth and quiet. Even my A/C guy who was checking my A/C unit was impressed with Shaun's work and told me he thought he did an excellent job. Shaun was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased and would definitely use Paradise Garage Doors again.

Absolutely superior. Josh responded immediately after my call to the office. He clearly explained what was needed. He set about doing the work as soon as I agreed and completed it efficiently. I had to wait from Tuesday to Saturday for the motherboard to be available and installed which was done professionally as well. The remote controls were programmed and all is working well. We had done minor repairs a year or so ago so were prepared for this major one.
Description of Work: Upgraded Overhaul: cables , springs, rollers, bearings, & motherboard replaced.

Josh came as scheduled and evaluated the garage door, gave me all the possible options, and made a quick and neat repair when I made my choice from the options. The work was well done, and completed before I expected. I was very impressed and pleased by his work. We would call them again for any work we needed for the garage doors. He replaced the springs with new heavy duty ones, replaced the bearings, and the door rollers, as the bearings in them were also worn out.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, did not expect to get same day on a Saturday. I also felt very comfortable with the tech that came out, explained everything. Previous company called for estimate, immediately felt the up sale. That company even lied and said my garage door lift motor was only for 5lb. didn't know how it was lifting the door. Josh (paradise tech.) was very helpful and I felt comfortable in making a decision with my garage door issues. As a woman I tend to get a lot of BS from service workers. Thanks Josh, Great job!!

Josh was right on time and quickly installed a keypad and new remote for an older garage door opener. He also did an overall inspection of the door. No complaints. Josh was easy to work with. I would call them again if needed.

Went excellent. Shaun showed up and did an excellent and professional job in a very short time and even lubricated and adjusted the door opener at no extra charge. Greatly appreciated and will certainly look for Shaun when I have more door problems (it's only a matter of time of course) .

Shaun, the owner was very helpful and professional and was able to schedule me right away, the day after I called. Technician Shaun was great, on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job getting me back up and running. He was also very helpful in answering my questions and listening. I said I would like to know about other options with my door, but had to plan for future improvements, and he was informative, and helpful, not pushy. Fair and reasonable. Quick service, on time, called 30 minutes prior. Shaun was super helpful giving me choices for repair options. Able to recycle the dented bottom of door rail by straightening it -- very happy this could be done! Adjusted door alignment and tensions. I have Hurricane Master door (which is not terribly common) and I was glad to find someone familiar who had parts for this if needed. Would gladly hire again.

The repair was done quickly at a very reasonable charge, and in a professional manner by Shaun and his assistant. I highly recommended them already to some friends, should they require door maintenance, and I would not hesitate to call Paradise again. Thanks for a job well done.
Description of Work: My garage door would not operate, period. Luckily I had my car outside on the driveway when the door stopped working, but while in the up position. It was getting late in the afternoon and I did not want to leave the door open all night long. My son came down to help me, and we managed to get the door down. The next morning I called Paradise, they said they would be there within the hour, which they did. The maintenance man and his assistant surveyed the situation, gave me an estimate, and I quickly said do the work. They said they would go get some equipment and be back shortly. The were back within the hour, did what was necessary, I paid them, and they went on their way. I WISH ALL REPAIRS WERE THAT QUICKLY DONE AND DONE SO WELL. THANK YOU PARADISE. I HAVE ALREADY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO A COUPLE OF FRIENDS. THANK YOU SHAUN.
