At our house within an hour. Excellent service. Attack dog approved . $100 cheaper than first estimate from another local company!

The job went very well, I even had the chance to come by during the installation to see how things were coming along. Ben took the time to explain how the job was coming along. He even explained what he had to on one side that had shelves in place where he had to modify for the track. Ben was very professional in every way and made the whole process easy. The same goes for Shawn whom I met when he came by to look the job over. Very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done to complete the job.

We were unable to use Garage Door openers to lower the Garage Door. Technician came as promised and repaired wiring.

The tech that came out for estimate gave two options. Both were very reasonable. We went with first option. Scheduling was very quick. The tech that came for installation was on time and very courteous. Installation took less than an hour. Replacement panels look great. I tested door and it worked well. Great work. I have used them in the past and will continue to use in the future.

The tech Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and of the highest standard.He not only replaced the springs,he also check the doors system to ensure everything was operating properly and was not in need of repair.

When the bracket broke, both of our cars were in the garage. I was unable to raise the door to get our cars out. This happened on a Saturday and I wasn't sure we would be able to get service on a weekend. I called Paradise and a technician came out in 2 hours. He wasn't able to fix the problem because our garage door required a custom part. He was however able to manually lift the door so I could get both of our cars out of the garage. He told me it would take 2 or 3 weeks for the part to come in. I was contacted 2 weeks later and scheduled to have the repairs made the same day. The service technician, Drew, did a great job. The work took longer than expected, however, we were charged for only 1 hour of labor. I asked him if he could quiet down the noise the door made when it was raised or lowered (it sounded like a rocket taking off). He lubricated the springs and now we can barely hear the door being raised or lowered. He was professional, clean and even changed a light bulb in the ceiling. I would definitely recommend this company. They are efficient, professional and do a very good job.

The door broke late in the evening and I called hoping to get a answering machine to leave a message. Someone not only answered, but carefully took down all of my information and scheduled a visit for the next morning. They were running late from a previous stop, but did call me to let me know they were running late and when I could expect them. When they arrived, they immediately recognized the issue, quoted me how much it would cost, and quickly fixed the issues. They were happy to answer questions, explain what they were doing, and help me with other aspects of the garage door that they weren't fixing. I will call them back for routine maintenance and to replace the old parts on our other garage door.

Did a very good job. He was honest and prompt. He fixed it and everything was fine.

They answered the phone...a wonderful thing on the Saturday before Christmas and gave me a window of 3-5pm. They called me shortly before they would arrive. They advised that I could probably get a new garage door for twice what I was going to pay to have this one fixed, but I like this garage door and they didn't pressure me or give me grief and went about fixing it, new cable, springs AND they had rollers for my old garage door. Everyone else had told me it was impossible to find them anymore. I called it a Christmas miracle! :) I was very pleased that they were able to fix my good old garage door that I like so much. I complained about the squeak and they fixed that, they just seemed to be able to do what others wouldn't or couldn't. I'll be calling them again for the 3 other garage doors and openers I have.

The team of 2 men was very professional and effecient. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything works perfectly. It was all done in less than a day. We love our beautiful doors!

They did everything they promised. Called with a 30 min ETA, were done in amount of time that was quoted and no extra charges what soever.

From start to finish Garage Door Services were prompt, courteous and through. I am recommending them.

Called number in phone book with different name, told $19.00 service call price. Waited hours to receive call from tech for time to come, never received call, tech just showed up in afternoon. I opened garage door from inside, he used my remote to open door again, showed me the door was uneven due to dent, pushed on inside of door at dent, door then closed and sensor then kept it closed. Was then told a price of $74.00, I said that is not at all what I was told and that there were no parts needed to charge labor for. I was willing to pay the $19.00 and a fee equal to his 4 minutes of looking, however the service tech shrugged his shoulders and said it was $74.00. My receipt has only my first name, a $64.00 service call, a $10.00 FSC charge (?) and a note written in bottom corner stating door is buckled customer declines to fix properly. (WHAT?) I called two different companies in town and told them this situation and they know of this company with several different names and several different phone numbers, has lack of ethics in their business and within the community.

No problems, completed faster than estimated. Cean up done aftr work completed.

Exactly as they described and right on cost. Works beautifully. Came several months later to replace a defective remote unit, no questions asked.
