Great! Shaun was prompt, professional, and helpful. He was supposed to come between 1-4 PM but called to say he could earlier (same day service, by the way). I love that 1) he called and 2) he was able to come earlier than promised! Work was completed satisfactorily and quickly. Oh, and by the way, he gave me a discount for being a return customer which I didn't expect. Thanks, Shaun!

Jason and Ben arrived on time, explained the process and got to work. When completed they explained the operation of the new opener and cleaned up. All went very smoothly.

The appointment went great!!! First of all it was Saturday and we were so happy to even get anyone to come and look at it. Sean was very professional, evaluating the problems and suggesting upgrades to prevent problems in the future. A job well done in an efficient courteous manner. PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY CALL. SHAWN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT WORK QUICKLY REPAIRING MY DOOR SPRINGS AND REPLACED THE ROLLERS WHICH WERE ABOUT WORN OUT AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. I HAD USED THEIR SERVICE BEFORE AS I AM A REAL ESTATE BROKER AND I MANAGE RENTAL PROPERTIES. GREAT COMPANY. SHAWN EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO PROGRAM MY REMOTE DOOR OPENERS AS I HAD BEEN TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO DO THAT AND THAT WAS A MAJOR HELP TO ME.

Went well. Just make sure you have an understanding of what the cost rate is before they come out, otherwise you will pay more. Also, said they would have to replace springs because the door was part way up and the tension would have to be released and company policy is not to retention old springs (mine were five years old). I suggested that I help him to get the door down so I would not have to pay another $200 for springs. It worked.

The job the guys did was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Matter of fact I recommended them to a friend of mine.

Paradise Garage Doors were excellent - My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it opened to get to work I called and they had a repair tech out in less than an hour. My repair tech David was very knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody

Fantastic. To begin with, Shaun was even a bit early from his expected time to arrive. A pleasant surprise. He had a new unit with him just in case, all the parts necessary, and had the job completed in less than an hour and a half. Although slightly more in price than the other companies I called, he was honest and did quality work. He came the same day I called, and was on time. He was extremely informative in the operational aspects of the new garage opener, and reviewed the warranty with me as well.

Shawn called shortly after lunch and before I walked out the front door he was there. He quickly sized up the problem and explained to me what could be done and made some recommendations. When we agreed on what needed to me done today, he went to work quickly and efficiently. Solved the problems and had the garage door working in no time. He also re-programmed the Garage door Clickers for me. Shawn was courteous and knew his trade. He even explained things to my neighbor who also needs garage work and promptly asked for Shawn's business card. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Shawn for further work and I'll definitely contact him in the future is I need more work done. Highly recommend this company!

The woman who answered the phone when I initially called was friendly and knowledgeable and I was quickly set up with an appointment for the next day. Shaun did my repair. He called ahead and let me know when he would be here. He was professional & courteous and evaluated the job right away. Then went right to work on replacing the garage door springs. A pleasant experience.

When I called them to schedule a service call and explained that I was only in the area for a few days, they asked me if they could come out the next day. I told them I was only available in the morning or late afternoon, so they scheduled me for afternoon. The following morning, they called and said they could come out then. That was perfect! They were out within 30 minutes and immediately determined that the receiver on the garage door was bad. They installed a new receiver with two remotes, reset the codes on the wall switch, and lubricated the door. They were done in less than an hour and the price for the work was about half of what expected. I couldn't be more pleased.

One of the best service providers I have ever hired. Estimator was punctual and provided a complete explanation of the service and cost. Installer arrived precisely on time and helped with moving a poll table that was in the way. Completed the job to our satisfaction and cleaned up the work area. Would highly recommend to anyone their services. A most positive experience.

When my garage door self-repair job didn't repair I looked in the yellow pages for a small company. My theory is the large, flashy ads cost more, so the company charges more and is too big to be personal. I was right! Paradise Garage Doors was very good. The repairman came to my house the day after I called, put the chain on the motor and adjusted the door. Unfortunately for me it was not just the belt that had gone bad, but my motor apparently died as well. Two days after my repair, when my door wouldn't open/close, I phone back and was given an appointment for the next business day (Monday). The repairman came out and tried to fix the motor but stated it was too old (16 years+) and it was shot. He COULD try to fix it, but no promises and suggested I purchase a new motor. After speaking with my wife we decided on the new motor. They installed it the same day. It is MUCH more quite than my old motor and they didn't have to change out my springs or rails, so that saved some money. I would highly recommend Paradise Garage Doors for anyone who need garage door repairs, new, or replacement.

I highly recommend Paradie Garage Door Company. My cable on garage door broke -which left the door half open and at an angle. IO called Paradise at 8:00 am and Drew was here by 10:30 am. I, unfortunately , was not here to meet him but my neighbor let him in. When I returned he was very busy fixing my door. I was amazed how many parts were laid out on the floor and what he had to do. My track was bent and cable was broken. He showed me the other cable and showed me that it was not in great shape so suggested replace both of them. I agreed as the door was 23 years old and used constantly so probably in need of repair too. I sure didn't want another episode in the near future. When he finished the work he cleaned up all of the area he was working in. My garage door is even so much quieter now when opening. Again, I highly recommend Drew and Oaradise Garage Door Company if you have any problem.

Called them on a Saturday at noon and they had a tech at my house by 2pm. Dave replaced the roller and got the door working again so I could use my garage. Very satisfied with the work and the responsiveness.
