Description of Work: We could not close our garage door (the reason is a long story). We called as soon as they opened, and within a couple of hours they were at our house, assessed the garage door condition, and get it securely closed. Meanwhile they ordered the parts required to replace our garage. It was about two days later we had a new, up-to-code, garage door installed. They cleaned up after their work, and even took the old garage away. They helped with scheduling the county inspector for the final approval.

Description of Work: We called Paradise Garage Door Services about 8:30 AM to request repair services for our broken garage door mechanism and we were given a repair window of between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Mike called before 11:00 AM to let us know his arrival time and arrived at the appointed time. He was polite and courteous as well as knowledeable about our garage door repair issue. Our springs had broken preventing the opening and closing of the garage door (our main entry into our home for our family). Mike assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, performed the work, and suggested some additional repairs that he would include at a minimal cost increase. In total, he replaced both springs, center bearing,10 bearing rollers, and two hinges giving us a special price from our membership in Angie's List. The total cost was $307.00, well below what we might be charged by some other companies. I would highly recommend this company, as well as the service representative/worker, Mike. Also, if any other repairs or maintenance are required we would definitely call Paradise Garage as we feel they provided excellent service.
