Our needs are pretty straightforward. They said they would come out every other week in the Winter and every week in the Summer. They've held to that and we haven't had any problems with them at all. We have a fenced in yard and they have never left the gate open when they're done, which I appreciate.

I had the initial clean up done by someone else, but Ground Control is maintaining the lawn areas.

Started service in January 2012 and have continued since then. Ground Control has been totally dependable and reliable. If rain should ever impact their schedule, they are out as soon as possible afterwards. Paul, the owner, is always available by phone, if needed. He takes pride in and responsibility for the work his crews perform. The crews are polite. This is a well-managed service which is competitively priced. I am totally happy with this service and would recommend it without reservation to anyone.

Paul came by the house and quoted a very reasonable price. He was busy before Christmas but got to it the day after Christmas; it took a week to get it scheduled, but that didn't bother me. Like I mentioned earlier, they did a great job. He emailed me an invoice and I mailed a check, that easy. I know folks are asking about lawn and yard work he performs, well that is next on my list with Ground Control. I'm wanting to work a maintenance plan to mow my backyard (HOA mows the front) and keep the landscaping trimmed and weeded. I'll add another review when that happens. Paul can sometimes be hard to get a hold of (he will get back to you), but with his prices and quality of work he stays busy. Thanks Paul for a great job.

While we were pleased with all three, Paul Winston and his crew from Ground Control were outstanding in every respect. They are prompt, thorough, and professional. The quality of their work was far superior to that of the other companies we tried and we immediately settled on Ground Control for the contract. They have now performed lawn maintenance four time, and we could not be more pleased with their perfomance and their price.

Overall a great experiance. The owner was extremely professional and nice. Showed up when he said he would. He had his crew with him ready to work. They were all very nice. The were very willing to help me out in a jam. I was extremely pleased and impressed!Thank you for all your help!

Paul was great right from the start. I called a couple landscape companies prior and either never got called back, or never got a quote. Paul came out within a couple days. All I had to do was tell him what "look" I was going for and he did the rest. He emailed me a proposal a couple days later with a list of the plants he suggested as well as how many would be planted. I looked each up online and I knew he was listening to what I wanted, I had total faith it would look great. I think people on Angies List expect allot out of a company. Paul met and exceeded my expectations. He answered or returned my calls right away, and answered all my questions. Most important, I have a beautiful yard that I am going to enjoy everyday. I could not be any happier with the work!

Previous lawn service went out of business abruptly. I have had 4 lawn services in the last 3 years. None were honest or reliable. So, I asked a co-worker who he used for his landscaping and he gave me Paul's card. He said he has had Ground Control for the last 5 years and has never looked back. I called Paul Winston and he came to see my property the very next day with his entire crew. Paul was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and easy to talk to. After spending about 20 minutes walking around my tiny yard with me pointing out things he would do to help get things back in shape he gave me a quote for what it would be to do my monthly lawn and landscape maintenance and I nearly fell over it was so much better than i had been paying. He went back to his truck and his crew went to work immediately and cleaned up my entire yard and within an hour they got it recovered from several weeks of neglect. Great team of guys working for him, friendly and very hard working folks. I highly recommend Ground Control if you are in the market for a new landscaper and lawn service. Its been about a month now and i feel incredibly lucky to have found these guys....my lawn looks better than it ever has!
