Ground Control Landscape Maintenance

Description of Work: I travel for a living. Initially we had difficulty connecting by phone. After a couple of false starts, it was settled. I was disappointed the mulch was not in bark form, but shredded. Also, there was no red available. With some hesitation I chose golden. It actually worked out okay. I am happy with it. This is in my back yard. I will probably use this service again, but with red bark.

Description of Work: The actual work done was very good. Getting that first appointment did not go smoothly. Either it was a no show or they came at some random time and not when scheduled. I can understand with an ongoing customer that weather and other factors might alter when they show up. But as new customer, I explained I wanted to meet with them & go over what I wanted in person. Instead they just wouldn't show if the weather looked dicey or they were busy. But also they didn't bother calling. I had to track them down. Then when they finally arrived it was just luck I was available at the random time they showed. Not professional. If they tighten up the operation it could be good, since when the work finally was done it was fine.

Description of Work: They weeded all of the beds surrounding our house and trimmed ornamental trees and bushes. We were very happy with the work.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for 4 Hours of Lawn or Landscape Work.

Description of Work: They were a bit overwhelmed by the response to the Angie's List ad, but once they were able to come they did an excellent job. I've hired them for another day's work and they were prompt and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Trimmed bushes and trees, weeded, sprayed Round Up on pavers. They worked so very hard. I was pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They pulled all the weeds out of my flower beds, trimmed some plants and palm trees. My yard was a mess. They did a great job in cleaning up the weeds and overgrown branches!

Description of Work: Have used them for several months now. Very nice, very much does what he says he'll do and if you think it hasn't been done, he'll make sure it is done. I have a long driveway full of acorns and leaves, and I love coming home to a swept/blown driveway! The large yard is kept cut nicely and Paul always returns phone calls. So glad I found and use his company!
