For the past 6 month Scotts and treated my yard with fertilizer, weed and pest control. I have been Very happy with the results that they have obtained. The weeds have disappeared and I see no bugs or pests. The lawn is also thicker, and greener then it has ever been.I will continue to use Scotts as long as required./neededThe technician (JASON) is always polite and professional. Whenever I have a question he answers to my satisfaction.I highly recommend Scotts of Melbourne.

I saw no results from their work. The lawn looked lousy with lots of dead spots. After several vcomplaints and supposed foxexes i finally quit them

They are very good. They are a good company. They are reliable. They come out when they are supposed to.

.We use them regularly. Their service is very good. They followup. They are very efficient, they come when they are suppose to. They also keep up up to date and give us good feedback about our lawn. They are good problem solvers, if we have a problem they come out and take care of it.

Since dropping their service I have received numerous autodial phone calls trying to get me to return. These have reached the point of harassment - as many as four a day- often hang-ups. I told them to take me off their call list, which they promised to do. Since then I have received about 10 more calls. When I called them again today, I complained to WANDA, who hung up on me. After filling out paperwork for the FCC and instituting a harassing phone call case through AT&T, I called them back to put them on notice. The woman (not WANDA) was at least nice and said yes, they knew they weren't supposed to be calling, but their equipment (which, by the way, you can't call block) had been malfunctioning (right!). If they do not have your phone number you would be a dool to give it to them

They seemed to be the provider to have. I find that their pricing is competitive. I will continue to use them.

They treat outside the house. They are young and put on booties, when they came in. They do a good job. They come every 6 weeks and it's a national company. They come spray my lawn, trees and shrubs. They also do my outside pest control and I like them. I keep telling them to call me before they came, so that I can keep my dogs in, but my dogs tend to run out when the gates are open.

We used them for several years. I stopped using them and my lawn started looking bad. I have them on contract again and the lawn is starting to look better. They leave me a note to let me know that they were here. They are doing a good job. It doesn't look perfect but it sure does help. The reason I continue using them is that the lawn looks better using their service than when I stopped using them. I don't give them an A just because they are doing their job, I give them an A if they go above and beyond and they don't.

The technicians that come out to the house are extremely courteous and professional and take the time to go over everything with me. I think their price is a little higher than other places and people call me from their office trying to sell me other services.

They come out every six weeks, They always call before they come out. They do a good job. I do have to watch so they do not come out every month. They should not have to do that.

I cancelled their service and they came anyways to treat my lawn. I am refusing to pay for it because I cancelled their service. They keep calling and I will keep refusing to pay. The service they gave me killed about 25% of my lawn.

My lawn looks fantastic. They do a great job. They are friendly.

I have used them in the past, then I dropped them but I needed them again so I just called them back. Their price is fine. However, the quality of their work is just average. They are excellent with responsiveness. They like to come out. Even when I don’t want them, they come out. They are very professional. I would use them in the future.

I called Scott's Lawn and got a quote of 49.00 per month to treat our cinch bugs and weeds. They gave me a time when they would be out and then came out on that date and sprayed our lawn.

If my lawn was a glowing green jewel of a lawn, I might forgive the multiple billing issues. Alas, it has deteriorated while under TruGreen?s care. First, TruGreen charged my credit card a $45.00 monthly fee five times in one month. Instead of $45.00 my card was charged $225.00. Then I opted to pay a year in advance, yet I continued to receive bills. Every time I received a bill, I?d call and explain that I?d paid a year in advance. The TruGreen customer service rep would apologize. Finally today I asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Jody. She explained that their computer system often double charges accounts, and every day she goes through the charges and organizes the refunds. So why did I get hit five times? ?I was on vacation.? Jody explained. ?I called everybody when I got back.? Oh. That makes it all OK. (not!) Why wasn?t someone else looking for double charges while Supervisor Jody enjoyed her time away? And why am I still getting bills and phone calls about being late with a payment when I?ve paid in advance? ?We accidentally refunded your advance payment.? Jody explained. Yup, that whole year?s worth of lawn care that I thought was paid in full when I paid my June credit card balance is? gone. I have to budget for it all over again. Yes, as Jody not so helpfully pointed out repeatedly on the phone today, TruGreen *did* give me my money back. But in June my husband and I were preparing to travel in Asia, and with a slew of additional expenses associated with that, the refund went unnoticed. Apparently TruGreen doesn?t care that their crappy billing practices could put someone over the limit, incurring fees and tying up funds that might be needed for other things. I may have been refunded my money, but it feels like I have to spend it twice. And no one can give me back the time I have spent on the phone with TruGreen, sifting through old credit card statements trying to sort this mess out. Stay away from TruGreen unless you like spending your days off on hold while customer service reps prepare to apologize with barely concealed irritation.

First and only service to cause my lawn to be visibly better and healthier than ever. Professional tech and great online services as well. I highly recommend
