I called the guy. We discussed the home renovation project and had a nice discussion about it and set up him coming out to provide me a quote. I even sent him a letter of authorization to be in what was then an abandoned, ready-to-be-renovated home. I never heard from the guy again. If you're looking for a guy that wastes your time by never showing up again, he's the guy for you.

I hadn't moved into the house yet when this was being done and when I came to see it finished it was perfect. He takes a lot of pride in his work and he even had a cleaning woman come in after the job was complete, so when I came to the house it was clean! That was so thoughtful. I can't say enough about him, he truly is refreshing to work with.

Overall project went extremely well. Todd's price was not by far the cheapest we got but the work, work ethic and professionalism all justified the higher cost. Todd stays busy so there is a wait to get him on the job but once there his crew completes the job in a very timely fashion. They are very courtious and keep the work area clean. They are mindful that it is your home that you actually need to live in while the work is being done. Todd is very engaged and returned calls promptly and stopped by over the weekend and in the evenings if we needed to discuss the project. Unlike many other contractors, he is the owner, worker and the guy you deal with all the way thru the project, not just a salesman who you never see after signing the contract. He is trustworthy and we give him a key to our home so he could work while we were gone. This was a big leap of faith but Todd acknowledged that it was his responsibility if anything disappeared. We had zero problems. We have already scheduled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen complete demo and remodel with Todd for over the summer.

THEY DID CONTACT ME, WITHING A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, AND WERE NOT RIGHT FOR THE JOB, BUT THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE OF THE JOB.

I have used Todd before including a complete remodel of the interior of my home. When I needed to call someone for a simple repair I didn't hesitate to contact Todd. He came and patched the damaged wall and it looks as good as the original. Todd is an excellant contractor who has tremendous ethics and the quality of his work is terrific. I will always call him first for any repairs in the future.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer who said, "Todd Thomas is awesome!" My husband and I bought our house in Cocoa, FL in July of 2013, but were not able to move until Dec. 1st. The house in Cocoa needed some updating and we wanted this done before moving into it. I found Todd Thomas Home Improvements on Angie's List and was impressed with what I read about him. I called him and got an estimate for the work that we had done. Todd and his crew did an excellent job in every way. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. I made several phone calls to Todd since I was 1200 miles away and he was ALWAYS very gracious and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and at times, when I wasn't sure about something, would offer helpful suggestions and ideas. This has not always been my experience with other contractors with whom I have worked in the past, so I REALLY appreciated that! He was good to reassure me that he had everything under control, which he did. Not only was all of the work that was done top-notch, but I was amazed at how clean our house was after they had finished. I had hired a professional cleaner to clean before the moving van arrived with our things because I was certain that the house would be a mess, especially after removing the popcorn ceilings, but I was hard-pressed to find anything for her to do because the house was so clean after Todd and his crew completed their work. The cleaner was also impressed and said that it was rare for a house to be so clean after that much work had been done. My husband and I feel blessed to have found Todd. Because of our good experience with him we will be having him do more work in the future. We told Todd that we were moving to FL to be near our first grandchild who was born on Dec. 23rd. When we arrived at our nicely updated, beautiful, clean home before Christmas, we found a lovely gift basket of food and a gift for our granddaughter which Todd's wife and put together for us. What a wonderful way to be welcomed to Florida! We not only found a professional, trustworthy contractor in Todd Thomas, but we have also made a great friend. It is so refreshing to find someone like Todd who is professional and trustworthy and does such excellent work. I really believe he approaches each job as if it were his own home. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd to anyone. He IS awesome!

Todd and his people work excellent and professionally as a team he schedules the work time to the customers needs and does not rebukes about halfway changes. The countertop company he contacted for me is an A1 rated in my book, the old laminated countertop was mounted in two pieces, when I spoke to the designer I told him if it could be made in one piece with no seams, that is what I got, excellent cut job! The half wall removal to accommodate the quartz bar was excellent, I had doubts about the popcorn ceiling been a tell tale of the previous existing wall but Todd finisher did such an excellent job that only by knowing that the wall extended to the ceiling can one find any (small) sign. The electrical done was completed to my specs by his electrician. The Tile I bought was glass tile and his tile man installed and set it just as I want it. Todd contacted a cabinet maker who made first an extension for one of my wall cabinet to be able to mount my microwave and then made a cabinet for the top of the refrigerator that look as if it was part of my original ones. This is my second hire of Todd and his crew and I and very satisfied with the job he and his crew have done for me, Todd checks and double checks the job s done and always asks if one is satisfied. I now can say I love MY KITCHEN!

Called Todd last Thursday to arrange a meet for Friday or Saturday for an estimate on a remodel job. He said to call him Friday evening. I called and left a message that I will be there at the place through the weekend, left an address and phone number, he never called back. Even till now. That is not an award-winning attitude.

Responsive. Showed up and followed up. I decided to put job on hold but retain this contractor as one I might select at a future date.

The person sent was very professional, cheerful and arrived on time. He worked very hard and finished the job in a timely fashion. I was more than pleased with the results. I would definitely hire this firm in the future to conduct needed repairs.

Todd and his team were professional and guided us through the process. We are looking forward to the estimate.

Todd answered my call within a hour and was right out. He drove to Home Depot, purchased a disposal, and installed it. I was surprised at how fast and professional the job was done. The $195 includes disposal, labor, and trip to Home Depot. Also, he is a very nice person.

Prompt to respond to quote request. Prompt to respond to requests for additional information. On time all the time. Protected surrounding areas while working. Did the job quickly. Cleaned up very well after job was completed. Took all clean up materials with him. Came back quickly to correct some minor problems. Very courteous and knowledgeable about his work. What more could you ask for?

First off I want to say Todd Thomas is Awesome!! I contacted Todd Thomas after having problems with several other contractors who were horrible to deal with, lazy, non responsive or just down right unprofessional all together. I had previously spent 3 months working with one contractor who never even got the job started, while my furniture was stored away the whole time. However Todd responded to my call and came to my home right away. I showed Todd the work I needed done, he took some measurements and had a quote by days end. To my pleasant surprise he started the very next day and was finished in 4 days. This job was a considerable amount of work. Todd and his crew are all very friendly and professional , I had no worries about leaving them alone at my home. Todd even made sure to let my dogs out to use the bathroom, move them from room to room where work wasn't being done and even put them back in the living room when he left the job site. On top of that, the finished work looks excellent and his price was very fair. I have never in my life had such an easy and worthwhile experience with any contractor...Period. I would highly recommend Todd Thomas for any job, and I'm happy to say I will continue to use his services for a very long time. Thank you for taking the pain out of the process and restoring my faith that there are still some good guys out there!!! You are the best!

The experience with Mr. Thomas was great from the first time I contacted him. He came to my home when he said he would, looked over what we needed done, gave options for what we wanted done, then within a few days gave an estimate for the cost. He coordinated a plumber he recommended for the plumbing work, and a wallboard finisher for the walls. Their fees were included in the total estimate and he took care of the payment. He was here when the other professionals were here and directed them in what was to be done. When he left each day, the work areas were clean. We were pleased with the work of Todd and both of his contractors. We are in the process of preparing to remodel our kitchen. Todd has helped us in the designing process that we have done so far. We plan to have Todd do the remodel and have no qualms about his work or the work of those he contracts for plumbing, electrical , etc. We live in a condominium and his experience has helped tremendously.

He did a great job. He was there when he said he would be and was very good with communicating with me.

I am thrilled with the work! Todd is very upfront and honest. I felt he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. After the messy tub removal job, he left my bathroom exactly as he found it (minus the tub of course :)) Everthing was very clean and tidy. Wayne, the gentleman who did the wallpaper removing and painting, was a delight. Again, a true professional. He spent several days in my home and went above and beyond to do a great job. I actually kind of miss having him around! I am usually a "do it yourselfer" but I would absolutely call Todd again if I have another project to big to handle myself.

The job was excellent! Todd is a perfectionist, nothing was left to luck or chance he measure twice and again and cut once, the Plummer who worked for Todd had the knowledge and professionalisms that is missing today, the tile setter and his assistant were super professionals, with over 40 years experience, When Todd arrived the first day for tear down, he asked the time I would prefer for them to come in , from then on they arrived, work and clean after themselves, While all this was accomplished I stayed in my house and there was no interference what so ever. Todd and his crew had all the tools required for the job so no jerry rigging was done, I supply them with all the items I wanted installed and they were in the house so they would not have to get interrupted and accomplish the job when they needed. All the project was discussed prior to the job, the ideas were exchanged and accepted or rejected with no arguments. I have already consulted Todd for new jobs in the future, it is my opinion that he is conscious worker and dedicated and hiring him and his crew is a plus in your home investment.

The entire remodel was smooth. The demolition was quick and the crew was sure to cleanup and leave as little dust as possible. At each stage of the remodel from plumbing to tile to drywall finishing to cabinet and granite installation, Todd stayed in communication with us to keep us informed of the progress and the start and end dates for each job. His estimates for completion were right on throughout the job. The only delay in the job was waiting on approval of a drain relocation by the condominium board of directors.

Todd gave me an estimate, but I had to postpone for a week. Then he was booked up and it took several weeks to get back on his schedule. After the work was re-scheduled, it was completed very efficiently and on time. Overall quality was great and clean-up was OK. I would definitely use him again.

We have known Todd Thomas for several years. We have found him to be trustworthy, honest and priced fair. Since we are snowbirds some of the work on our home is done while we are away. We never have any misgivings about giving the keys to our house to Todd and the work is always completed to our satisfaction. We recommended Todd to our daughter who bought a condo on Cocoa Beach and Todd took care of bringing it up to date. She was very satisfied. Without reservation Todd Thomas is the BEST. We also consider him to be a friend. It has been a pleasure to write this review.

Todd?s work was exceptional and with everything he did it was done as if were his own home he was remodeling. When our friends came in to see the finished product their only comment was WOW. We could not have been more pleased with Todd?s work and I will not hesitate to refer him and plan to use him again on a possible future project. You will never regret having hired Todd to do your remodeling effort.

We moved permanently from Northern Virginia to Florida October 5th to our vacation condo here in Indialantic. The building was built in 1979, so the place needed major bathroom renovations and we wanted additional cabinets installed in the kitchen to match existing ones. It was a great vacation place, but we wanted to do some updating once it became our permanent home year round. We interviewed 4 contractors shortly after we arrived and chose Todd to do the work. He not only showed up on time and told me he could do everything I wanted, but made great recommendations and suggestions and was very enthusiastic about the job. I knew right away I'd picked the right person from the day he started work which was 4 or 5 days after I told him that I'd chosen him. He handled all the details from start to finish with a super calm demeanor and professionalism unmatched in my experience. In the 5 weeks he was here 5 days a week, he and his team became members of our family. He moved all the furniture, covered it for protection and moved it back at the end of the day, swept and vacuumed any mess he'd made during the day and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Any time he ran into a problem, with old plumbing or wiring, he immediately resolved it and moved on with the work without a hitch. He brought in all the best tradesmen from custom cabinetmakers to tile installers, plumbers, electricians, etc. They all sang his praises too which I believe to be the best compliment a contractor can get. You could tell they really enjoyed working with him. He made excellent recommendations of where to pick out tile, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc. He finished today and I'll truly miss his smiling face tomorrow. I really can't say enough good things about Todd and look forward to working with him again when I need anything done. It's so comforting to know you have somebody you can call and count on to do excellent work.

Every job Todd has done - painting, electrical, plumbining, cabinetry, and others - has gone smoothly and efficiently. Todd has a good eye for detail and symmetry. I trust his judgement. I have felt comfortable leaving him at my house for work and repairs because he is a highly trustworthy individual. Todd's professionalism shows in his work and demeanor. His prices are very reasonable for projects both large and small. (I usually get three estimates.) Todd came highly recommended from a neighbor five years ago and he's our number one man!

Todd came very shortly after I called to give me his opinion of what needed to be done. He scheduled a time to come back to start the project. He came back within a couple of days. He worked on this and completed the project within 2 1/2 days. He was very professional as well as extremely very nice! He is very knowledgeable and his work is impeccable. I will definitely recommend him to others as well as hav him do more projects for me.
