Very professional, outstanding workmanship, very pleased with the outcome of our remodeled bathroom. I highly recommend them, and I would certainly use them again.

I used Todd Thomas Home to do a complete renovation of a house that had been my mother's when she was alive. The house was in complete disarray. There had been an issue with hoarding, the roof was leaking (imagine water running through the hallway - not a drip), the plumbing leaked everywhere and the electrical was beyond outdated and totally unsafe. I cannot describe the level of chaos and disrepair of the house. My family was a thorn in the side of the city and neighbors. I had contacted contractors in the past and they laughed at me or insulted my family for living in a "sh*t hole" (exact words of a contractor), and not just tearing it down. Furthermore, my relatives who living in the house were not easy to deal with. I then found Todd Thomas Home. They were the epitome of professionalism from start to finish - and EVEN when my relatives living in the house were less than ideal to be dealing with. I have never been so impressed by a company - EVER! I absolutely do not have enough wonderful things to say about this company and the people who work there. Yet, professional, kind, and understanding is one thing but the product is something else. So in terms of the final product (wait for it), the house is UNBELIEVABLE! I had a limited budget and told them what it was. Everyone says not to do that because contractors will make it cost that exact amount. Not Todd Thomas Home. The project manager, Steve, in particular, was AMAZING! He would review items I selected and tell me when he felt I could get the same or better quality for a lower price. He even went on Amazon for me once he knew the style I wanted and sent me options. I live in Arizona but they were on top of the project the whole time and provided constant updates. Steve would text me pictures, options, prices, refer me to folks he trusted for anything outside of Todd Thomas. He was incredible and the workers and the office staff were as well. I know that these folks understood what I was trying to do and I know that they took this job personally. I have had negative interactions with folks in this industry in the past but this company has completely changed my perspective. Think about how easy it would have been to take my money and do a poor job - or not do it at all! I live in Arizona and they were my primary source of communication regarding the project. How would I know? Instead, the house is BEAUTIFUL! My relative who lives in the home is in poor health and has lived there since we were children. All she wanted was to live in the house our mother lived in and spent her last days in and she would not leave. If I had been able to offer her a mansion, she would not have taken it. When the work was done, she walked into the house and called me crying from joy. Many of my relatives have since seen the house and all were blown away. It went from leaking pipes to all new plumbing, not one but two bathrooms, the foundation for flooring to luxury vinyl flooring throughout, a car port was added, all new windows, all new doors, a new foundation, a Florida room. The list goes on. The kitchen was awful. The cabinets were totally destroyed and the counter was held up by a wood beam. Now there is a new kitchen with tile, an island, backsplash - and they expanded the house to make it bigger! I have so much respect for this company and everyone who works there. I also respect the profession so much now because instead of thinking about those who do shoddy work and take your money, I think about my mother's home and the possibilities now made possible by skilled craftsmen who care. I cannot urge you enough to use this company. Stop looking for a contractor. These folks are not only amazing at their job but they are patient and kind. Steve did not have to send me cabinet knob options after work hours and yet - he did. I cannot thank them enough and this project wasn't a moneymaker for them. They did not get rich off it and it may have held them from doing other jobs that could have been more beneficial. My mother would be so proud of her home! Thank you Todd Thomas Home!

Hello. If you are looking for a superior quality contractor that delivers on every aspect of your remodel or home project redo, look no further. Todd Thomas Homes goes above and beyond anything I could've imagined. Now if you are on a budget, or are looking for something on the cheap, well you might as well look elsewhere. TTH is not cheap, but if you are willing to pay for QUALITY, peace of mind, hand holding and being there every step of the remodel (if you are not a DYI person like us) then call these guys. We had a master bath remodel on the 2nd floor of our condo that needed a complete gut/redo. The previous owners cut corners and it was just awful. We wanted to move the toilet, reconfigure the shower, the electric,plumbing,tile, remove a closet - a complete gut. We interviewed 3 contractors, 2 said they could not move the toilet which was a big no-go for us. We almost gave up but found Todd Thomas Homes by chance, and they stood out head and shoulders above the other 2 - now they were almost double the price, but you get what you pay for as they say. I know now that the other guys low-balled us b/c there's NO WAY they could do what they proposed for so cheap. Immediately, from the 1st meeting with Matthew at TTH we were sold. They had every detail layed out from start to finish. Their team (4 guys) showed up (on time, always on time btw) to make sure we were ALL on the same page before we started. Extremely professional and thorough. We were given a timeline and what to do/get for every step of the way. The 1st day of the demo they protected our floor/furniture/etc with high quality materials to not damage the property. Each step, from demo to reconstruction, was handled by a top notch, a professional vendor/artisan/plumber/electrician/painter/etc. All this was led by our amazing project manager Doug, who had our backs every step of the way. He was extremely patient, professional, hard working, and just a great guy. We felt comfortable with him/them in our home, at any time, even when we were out of town. The end result is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful the process was (I mean for a remodel). Doug made sure we were completely happy before any sign-off. The final step was a visit from the owner, Todd Thomas, for a final view and to make sure we were 100% happy. We have more remodels in mind, and will ONLY use TTH. So if you are considering, or shopping around for a redo, you MUST give these guys a call....they will not disappoint. Quality workmanship and guidance was provided from start to finish. Every aspect of the job was well organized and directly supervised. Todd Thomas Home was recommended to me by a friend who had work done by them. I was very impressed with their house so I hired Todd Thomas Home to remodel our bathroom. I was informed when I hired them that they would be on the higher side price wise, but that the higher price was worth it. They were right!! The bathroom looks fantastic. The experience of working with Todd Thomas Home was really enjoyable. They take the normal stress of hiring a contractor and having a job done out of the equation. Todd Thomas Home set up a calendar for my project, that I had access to, and they stuck to the calendar. I knew exactly who was going to be at my house and what they were going to do. In addition to the project calendar, the project manager, Tom, kept me informed all along the way. Even though the information was on the work calendar, Tom would call and tell me who was coming over, what time they would be at my house, and what work they were going to do. The workers showed up on time every day they were scheduled. The work they did was impressive! This is quality workmanship and it shows in the finished project. The work crews were all very respectful and treated my home as if it were their own. I fully recommend Todd Thomas Home for any remodeling project. This was the easiest remodel project I have every lived through and I will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects.

We hired Todd Thomas by word of mouth from a friend and we are so delighted we did. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff starting from Ms. Danielle who was the designer and Ms. Jessica who provided excellent customer service. Everyone was so professional and personable that it made it bearable for a two month project to become a four month project due to Covid-19. We had the master bathroom, guest bathroom, master closet and kitchen remodeled. The staff truly knows their craft and did an excellent job. Scott and Chandler who did the tile work grooved so well together, they knocked their work out in no time. Scott the carpenter, Michael the painter, Bobby and Mike-electricians, Lester and John- the cabinet workers, the plumber-Marcus, Robert, the guy who did a little bit of everything and Kevin- the overseer of the project all were awesome. ( I hope I didn’t forget anyone). The third party personnel that they coordinated with such as Jason and Hunter who installed the shower glass doors and Kevin and Gregg who did the countertops were also great. I know it is important for this company to have professional and prompt third party vendors because they reflect on the business of Todd Thomas. We have another remodel that will be done next year and we will definitely call on them. thank you Todd Thomas

We had two bathrooms updated along with a bathtub removal. I can’t say enough about the job itself or the representatives from Todd Thomas. From our first encounter with John who estimated the job to the day-to-day updates from Greg, the construction superintendent, we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They kept us informed at each stage of the construction, and their craftsmen were top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better result. We would highly recommend the team from Todd Thomas.

I contracted Todd Thomas Home for our kitchen remodel, including minor changes to the kitchen layout, as well as all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and sink. From the first planning meeting, to the creative design work, through demo and finally, to finishing, EVERYONE worked efficiently and professionally at all times. Teams treated my home with respect, and made every effort to ensure the work was accomplished with minimal impact to the rest of the home or to our family. When appointments were made for work crew visits, teams arrived promptly. If unavoidable changes to the schedule were anticipated (which happened rarely), office personnel immediately called to let me know, and to make alternate scheduling arrangements. After each stage of the project was completed, managers contacted me to make sure that the work met my approval. The few times that I had questions, my concerns were addressed and always to my complete satisfaction. I have a relatively small kitchen, but from beginning to end, the entire Todd Thomas Home team couldn’t have been nicer, more professional or the workmanship any higher quality, had ours been a million-dollar project. I highly recommend Todd Thomas Home for any type of home construction, remodeling, repair, or home improvement. I am confident that the professionalism and attention to detail the company showed during my kitchen remodel is testimony of how Todd Thomas Home approaches all projects, big or small.

The end result was phenomenal. The kitchen is gorgeous. The team was on-time, on task and all of the workers exhibited a high level of perfectionism. They were here every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

It was great. Everyone on Todd's team was great! The project manager kept me up to date on every detail. And Todd himself came and did the estimate and checked on the final window install. This is a great contractor.

Todd Thomas Home Improvements just completed a gut job remodel of our entire beach condo and we couldn’t be happier! Completely new kitchen, bathrooms, all flooring, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, paint, everything. I was out of state during the project; however John Deck, the Project Manager, keep me informed several times every week with phone calls and texting me pictures. From our initial meeting with Todd to go over the bid to the completion of the job, everything was extremely professional. We made several change orders during the project and it was never a problem. Todd’s team made useful suggestions along the way and handled everything perfectly. Every aspect of the job shows incredible attention to detail. We previously did a complete remodel of another condo using a different local contractor and it was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life. Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with! Todd, John Deck, Rob, the whole team are real pros. Plan ahead as they are very busy and it may take a bit to get on their calendar but it’s worth the wait!

We had some unexpected issues, but Todd Thomas took care of everything beautifully and finished slightly AHEAD of schedule. Workers were great craftsmen and everyone was completely professional. GREAT company!

I am extremely pleased with TTHIM and CWW kitchens. John was fantastic he kept me in the loop so I always knew who would arrive and what would be accomplished. Excellent result . At one point I was in an adjoining room but could hear workers talking. I actually heard one guy ask the other if it was a Todd Thomas job. When the other guy said yes, the first guy replied " Damm, that means we have to clean up after ourselves". At the end of every day they did leave the home neat. Lester from CWW did a great job. He really took his time and made sure that the job was done right. I highly reccommend TTHI

Excellent service, professionalism, and responsiveness from the start of the project to the very end. Every person who worked on the bathroom was very organized and focused on doing the best job possible. I am very picky and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Robert completed the majority of the work and he is truly a skilled craftsman …. he's very detail-oriented and committed to doing just beautiful work. Robert gets an "A+" and he is pleasant as well. Todd Thomas Review We learned of this company when we remodeled our laundry room through CWW Kitchens. Before the job was completed, the owner died of cancer. His company was taken over by Todd Thomas Home Improvements. That cabinet company was recommended by our interior designer, Denise Halkias, who we met during an earlier kitchen remodel. Curt Gunderson, the owner of CWW Kitchens, was talented and attentive, and we were surprised and saddened to learn that he had planned and implemented our job during the last few weeks of his life. Despite our concerns about the new company we didn’t know, the laundry room was completed without a hitch, to the specifications of Kurt’s design. Todd Thomas had hired Kurt’s installers. Lester was the main man on our job, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. He was efficient, clean, respectful of our time and our home, and obviously experienced and talented. Coincident with the work on our kitchen, we had extensive repairs underway on our condo and our son’s home, through another contractor. When those jobs stalled and the incompetence of the workers became apparent to us, we asked Todd if he would take over those projects for us. His estimator, Jeremy, came out and assessed the extent of the work and provided detailed reasonable estimates. Todd was reluctant to take over work in progress, but after seeing the prior installer’s poor work, which failed an interim Palm Bay City inspection, he agreed. We feel so lucky to have met Todd and his crew! They completed the work on our condo and our son’s residence efficiently and with the same respect and quality we experienced during the laundry room remodel. The condo job consisted of replacing a firewall separating two adjoined condos, repairing damage to the kitchen ceiling related to extensive electrical repairs, and painting the separated condo to ready it for sale. Along with the major parts of that job, they completed a punch list of repairs to various parts of both condos (replacing a stair banister, replacing damaged tile, installing new fans requiring conduit, installing electronic locks on exterior doors, and a few other small tasks that we couldn’t do ourselves). The price was fair and the whole experience was better than we’ve ever had with construction or remodeling. Steven was the supervisor on both jobs, most of which was completed when we were out of town. He was capable and personable, and we had no qualms about allowing the crew into our home in our absence. The work on our son’s home was very extensive and including taking over impact window installation and remodeling a bathroom, as well as repairing extensive damaged wood and stucco related to previous damage by carpenter ants. They installed a dishwasher and repaired rotten wood and kitchen plumbing. Nasty carpet in two rooms was removed and they laid tile and repaired extensive drywall damage. The place looks amazing now. All of the subcontractors were efficient and capable, especially Noah and the window crew. They had to remove and reinstall the ineptly installed impact windows and Todd’s crew had to repair extensive damage caused by the previous workers. Rob was the TTHI employee mainly responsible for performing the work on our son’s home. He displayed skill and professionalism at every turn, and we respect his talent and dedication. We are grateful to Todd for taking over our jobs and for employing such excellent people. Even our experience with the office staff, mainly Patti, was pleasant and everything was communicated promptly and accurately. We highly recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements for repairs and remodels and suspect that they adhere to the same high standards they demonstrated during our work for all jobs they undertake, including new construction.

Todd’s team is talented & professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of the project. Clean, fun to work with, responsive to concerns, and talented are terms that come to mind when I think of this crew. Highly recommend.

TTHI took down part of a wall in our house to make it more open and to let more natural light in. They showed up promptly and on time for our quote and within a couple of weeks we had our finished product! Their employees from Jeremy the estimator to Tim and his coworker who performed the work were amazing, friendly, and paid all their attention to detail. They framed out the remaining wall, and my husband and I were extremely pleased. We will definitely be using this company for our future projects.

TTI did a very good job and I will use them again. My project was roughly a $40k bathroom remodel. As in all projects there were a few surprises that could not have been foreseen. All were handled quickly and very professionally. Their transparency on issues was excellent! Steve, my job’s foreman, was always available to talk when I needed him. Great job all around.

Our remodel was a huge project that took 2 1/2 months and this was the first time we used Todd Thomas Home Improvement. Steve S. was a great general manager and he and his team was very skilled in all aspects of the project including plumbing, cabinetry, painting, wall repair, gas and appliance hook up, tiling etc. etc. Any snags we had, Steve was easy to get in touch with and resolved any issues very timely. We took several vacations while work was being completed and I had no issue allowing Steve and his team in the house while I was gone. We've had other contractors that never totally finished the project. Todd Thomas' team was given a final list of items and every last detail on my list was address and finished. The project is now 100% completed to our satisfaction. We will be starting Phase 2 of bathroom remodels in a couple months with Todd Thomas' team. We are extremely satisfied with our kitchen, family room and pool bathroom. Great Job:)

Scheduled contractor to go and give me pricing of the work needed to be done to remodel the house. Never heard from them again don't know if contracted went by to see the work needed or they just decided that they had no interest in doing business with me never received any word from them

Our condominium sustained devastating damage due to hurricane Irma. Todd Thomas and his associates transformed our entire living space from gutted to a beautiful home for us. Todd is responsive to our questions and concerns and we couldn’t be happier with our finished product. They are friendly people and their office staff are terrific, as well!
