Description of Work: Todd Thomas Home Improvements is the cream of the crop in construction. They tore down an existing block room on the back of the house that was never built correctly. Poured 2 inches of concrete slab, installed screen, screen door, hooked up the electric, put in the fan, stuccoed and painted, installed a kitty door and security lights. They were ALWAYS on time and very respectful. They were very meticulous and always asked if I had any concerns. This is my contractor for life.

Description of Work: Complete bathroom and kitchen makeover down to bare walls. The work included re-plumbing the city water supply to 1/2 of the house due to hidden damage in the walls. All the subcontractors were on time and cleaned all materials daily. The house was occupied during the work which spanned one month. The quality of the tile, cabinets, plumbing, and associated workmanship was excellent. If I ever have any repair or modification work needed in the future, I will certainly use Todd Thomas. I would highly recommend Todd Thomas to my family and friends.

Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel. The entire project went very well. Todd made the process go smoothly. He always let us know what the upcoming schedule would be and all of his people were very punctual. Todd's crew was great and cleaned up the work area each day. The remodel job was completed on time. Todd had his contacts for all our remodel needs and that was a big plus to us. The cabinet installers, granite fabricators, plumber and electrician were top notch. Excellent work from all of them. Description of Work: Total remodel of a eighties beach condo. Todd installed new tile flooring, baseboards, new doors, bathroom fixtures, and a complete kitchen overhaul including raising the ceiling and enlarging the pass through window into the dining room. He was extremely professional throughout the process. Todd had many good ideas about the remodel which we incorporated into the design. We do not live in the area, but Todd kept us informed with phone calls and pictures of the progress in our condo. Very good at returning calls and addressing our concerns. We gave him a deadline of six weeks, and he completed the work a week early. After the job was completed a couple of minor adjustments had to be addressed in the kitchen due to the installation of new appliances, Todd took care of those immediately. The cabinet, painting, and plumbing subcontractors that he used were very professional as well and provided us with a quality product. We will definitely use Todd for other projects. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: We own a duplex - live in one side and rent out the other. We received estimates for converting the carports into garages, or enclosing a portion of the carports for storage/utility room. We decided to go with the storage/utility room. Todd kept us informed as to when he could start, and he was a pleasure to work with. He brought in his crew and in only 5 days both rooms were complete. This included framing, installing outside doors, windows, and matching the existing stucco on the duplex. We love it, our tenant is ecstatic, and several of the neighbors have commented on how nice it looks and how fast it was completed. We also received estimates for future handyman services, and will definitely call Todd in the future for repairs or remodels.

Description of Work: Contacted Todd for an estimate to remodel my master bath. He met with me twice to go over my planned ideas and was responsive in providing detailed quotes for the effort involved. As he is not a licensed contractor, I would have to acquire my own materials and independently contract for plumbing, electrical and glass installations. Todd did provide estimates for those services. He was definitely competitive on price but I ultimately decided on going with a general contractor who could provide a turn key installation.

Description of Work: Todd Thomas has performed several jobs for me over the past four years. He is professional, reliable and does quality work. He has fixed drywall behind a bathroom light fixture. He has performed drywall refinishing following new window installation. He has performed framing and finishing of a copper trey ceiling. He also installed a picture frame around a flat screen TV. He has performed general handyman services such as exterior trim re-sealing against the 2nd story roof edge. I would use Todd again in the future.

Description of Work: The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt including opening up the wall to the living area. New cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances were installed. Additionally porcelain tile was installed throughout the condo.

Description of Work: Todd has been performing excellent work for me for the last 10 years. Most recently he converted one of my empty warehouses to premium office space. I worked on the overall design with he and he did the rest. He did the framing, drywall, lighting, and finishing. I used the contractors he recommend for electrical, low-voltage (computer), plumbing, and AC. I could not be happier with results, cost, and schedule.
