Mike and Travis did a great job. I had two bathrooms to renovate. All work was done on-time and with minimal disruption. Everything was neat and orderly. Mike was here when he said he would be and completed all work as requested. All work was very high quality and everything looks great! Mike coordinated the electrical and plumbing contractors which were also very good. I would/will use Taylor Ceramic Tile Installations again and recommend them very highly.

I was very happy with all the services provided by Taylor Ceramic Tile. Mike was very professional and always prompt in returning my calls and emails. He is also very detailed oriented and I didn't have to go find people to do any finish work. He made sure all the plumbing fixtures were connected and baseboards were installed and painted. This renovation was done while I was out of town and Mike also sent pictures so I could see all the progress. Any questions we had were addressed and taken care of promptly. He was very good about coming by and explaining things if I had any questions and was in town. I am very happy with the completed project. I would definitely recommend Taylor Ceramic Tile Installation.

Apparently he hasn't to grown his company to keep up with the demands of being a top-rated contractor on Angie's List.

Mike did a great job installing the wood tile in our living and dining rooms!!! Mike was always on time and professional and our floors look amazing. Would definitely hire Taylor Ceramic Tile again!!!!

Best contractor I have ever used. Mike made some suggestions when he came to estimate the work and cost that I incorporated. He was interested in the final product being best for the area being redone. Work was performed when scheduled, completed on time. All work done EXCEPTIONALLY WELL.. Price was exactly as quoted. We have just completed a total home renovation including an addition and a new kitchen. Our general contractor was a huge disappointment. The concrete slab was poured out of level and did not match up to the original structure. I learned a lesson in our choice of general contractor--if there are very few reviews on Angie's List, be skeptical. Most of us will not say bad things in writing, just as I will not post a poor review of my GC. Anyway, when Mike gave us the estimate for the job, none of us knew just how bad the floor was. To complicate the matter, we chose wood-look ceramic that is 48" long and 6" wide which made it very difficult to compensate for the "unlevelness" of the floor. Mike showed up on time every day. He was always clean, friendly, and respectful. His work ethic is amazing. Our job was a huge challenge for any tile installer. Mike floated the floor over several days to make it level (not part of the original plan or estimate). He had to struggle with each tile to make it level. He always stayed confident even though he was being asked to do something nearly impossible. The job came out GREAT! Mike's attention to detail and his skill are amazing! When it came time for the final bill, the only additional charge was for the 11 bags of leveling he had to use--only $187. No extra charge for all the time he spent making it perfect. Mike is just AWESOME. Look no farther! You will not be disappointed if you choose Mike! Oh, and one more thing--my general contractor's carpenter installed the door to my garage and it had to be slammed in order to close. My GC told me it would get better over time. Mike knew immediately what was wrong with the door and, after I had paid him, Mike surprised me with the fact that he had fixed my door! Thank you Mike!!!!

We ran out of time so we had to leave before we picked out our tiles. He was very professional, very helpful and he got very good recommendations on Angie's List and that's what we went by basically.

A++++++! Mike is hands down the best contractor I have ever dealt with. From start to finish this was a great experience. I called Mike to get an estimate and he came over the next day as planned to measure and talk through the job. We had a detailed estimate emailed to us later that night with a few different options that we discussed. Once we started, Mike delivered the tile and materials and started exactly when he said he would. He checked in with us a few days before to make sure we were still a go. The quality of his work and craftsmanship are the best I've seen. He is a real pro and it shows in his work and attention to detail. Not only did Mike do an amazing job on the tile, his finishing details went above and beyond. He re-attached the base boards and re-caulked all of them so they look better now than when they were new. I could go on and on, but bottom line.....I would highly recommend Mike to family, friends, co-workers or anybody else that needs tile work done. Hire Mike and you will have no worries. Mike is a class act!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! 100% satisfied with the work. Mike and his worker were there exactly when he said they would be and that was very important because I had to fly in for the job. He originally said the job would take 5 days and he was done in 4. His work is top notch. The floor looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything further. I would highly recommend him to anyone. They were extremely polite and courteous at all times. I just can't say enough about his work and his politeness.

The price was right. He started on time. He finished on time. He did a good job and he cleaned up.

He tore out old tub , installed new plumbing and tub, vanity, toilet and tile in 1940's bathroom. Not an easy task but he did what he said he would do.

He was quite professional but he was also nice and friendly. He was also happy and smiling and very pleasing to work with. When we discussed any minor issues during the remodelling he actually listened to everything that I said and took it into consideration. He was very dependable and was very easy to communicate with. He was very responsive and showed up the date and time that he said he would be. After he finished everything, the next day there was a little area of grout that had started cracking. I called him up and that day he even came back to fix the issue, even though his business was located 30-40 miles away. We had got into touch with other contractors to get estimates and his estimate was the best that I had heard. He was very great to work with.

After extensive water damage to my bathroom Mike was able to come in and take it from the studs to being a breathtaking custom bathroom, complete with custom tile shower. He provided me with all the allowances and I was able to purchase material myself and he did all of the install. Excellent job done, professional and clean. I will definitely use Taylor Ceramic Tile again.

Very professional and terrific experience from beginning to end. After the initial estimate, he provided additional estimate of other work as I desired. The work was begun on the day that was promised. He was always prompt and on time as promised. He worked diligently to remain on time. He made sure I understood they would complete the hall bath and then move on to my master, so we would have a full working bathroom at all times. He even tried to have full forethought to our painting behind items as he was completing the job. Very efficient on time to complete the job. He even remembered an earlier item I had inquired about in which initially he thought could not be completed. However, when he jumped into that area of the job realized we could have it completed if we wanted. This actually required him to be a little delayed as he needed to call his plumber in. Mike did not ask for money until the job was complete and satisfied. Even after we had paid, we had a problem with a small leak, however I felt confident he would take care of it. I actually felt comfortable to leave house open for him when I was not home. Very honest, fair and hard working business man. I would recommend to everyone!

Overall, Mike made a difficult situation look easy. We're very happy with the results

Mike, the owner, and Tom removed the old tile and green board within the shower and replaced with new cement board and the tile that I had purchased. Additionally, they repaired areas around two windows in the bathroom where there had been some water damage. They were always here to work when they said they would be and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Mike was always smiling and one of the nicest people I've ever met. He and Tom were a pleasure to work with and did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, we are pleased with the admirable work of Mike Taylor and his assistant. They were pleasant, punctual, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. We were comfortable with them working in our home.

I live in New York State and own a summer home in the Melbourne section of Florida. With that being said it is very hard to find contractors that I can, number one depend on a number two perform the quality of work that I demand. On several occasions I hired contractors that fell short of that mark. I went to Angie's list and found Mike Taylor who had a excellent resume and positive reviews. I called him for an appointment. We originally met and discussed what I wanted done with my bathroom and realize right away Mike was a guy for the job. He knew exactly what he was talking about he had plenty of references along with a photo album of his past projects. I hired Mike for the job. When I was purchasing materials for the project I spoke to several businessmen in the community ( the tile store owner and the manager at Lowe's)who all gave Mike glowing reviews. They knew who he was and they knew that he had a satisfied client list because of the quality of work he provided. From the first day of the project until the last Mike kept me up-to-date by sending me photos of the project along with a end of the day phone call. I also got a call from the on-site managers of the condominium complex about what a professional Mike was, how clean he kept the site, and the quality of his work. I left out one extremely important factor I was in New York the entire time of this construction project. That says a lot for Mike's integrity. He never tried to pad the bill or stretch out the job. I don't want this to sound like a fluff job by going overboard on praise but I have to give praise where it has been earned. From now on whenever I need anything done regarding construction work at my condominium in Florida Mike Taylor is the guy I would call. I only wish he lived in New York state so I can get them to do some work on my house up here

I had a couple of quotes before deciding to go with Mike Taylor. I selected Mike based on reviews on AL, the 3-year warranty, the price, no money up front, the prompt response from him answering my questions, his assurances and his attitude. We set a tentative date for the work to begin based on him not being exactly sure if the prior job may take longer but it didn't and he started on the date scheduled. Mike and his crew of three arrived right on time -- matter of fact, he arrived exactly as promised every day of the seven days the job took. My furniture was wrapped and moved by the crew and Mike accommodated us by making sure the refrigerator was always running and accessible throughout the process. The job was a noisy and messy one but we survived. Mike and his crew were always courteous and were hard workers. I was very stressed throughout the process because it was such a huge expense and I was so worried it wouldn't turn out well. Mike never seemed annoyed with me asking questions or expressing my concerns. He did everything that was asked of him, and with a smile. He asked for a 15% deposit after the first full day of work and I was happy to pay it. I knew he had many expenses up front with tool rentals, delivery of the dumpster, etc. Our job required that two toilets be pulled and because Mike is certified to do it, it did not require an additional charge for a plumber. Mike also picked up the tile we had prepaid and returned a box of broken tiles for credit. He also discovered our toilet was leaking and fixed it for us! Some of our tiles caused Mike some troubles but he worked around it the best he could. The floor looks 100% better than what we had and I'm so glad we did it, and glad it is over! I have no hesitation saying what an upstanding guy Mike is. I will not hesitate to call on him again in the future.

Mike started the demo on Monday and did a very good job of minimizing the dust from the demo. He cleaned up the area each day. Mike was very methodical and didn't rush the job. The total project took about 4 days to complete. He even installed two marble sills into the wall cutouts that were not originally requested. Overall, I would highly recommend Mike Taylor for any Ceramic Tile project. He was easy to talk to, discuss options, and is a very good experienced Contractor to use. I chose Mike Taylor over two lower priced estimates because of his portfolio of pictures of completed projects, as well as his high rating on Angie's list.
