I hired Mike on three occasions and he did a good job. However I called him for two more jobs and he failed to even return the call. It appears he is not interested anymore unless it is a big job. Loss all respect for someone you gave business to on multiple occasions and then he is not professional enough even to return a call. Be aware.

It went great. Mike sent me an estimate and a list of tile stores where I could pick out my tile. Mike told me what he was doing each day. He arrived on time and did a great job. He also arranged for the plumber to come in. He cleaned up after himself each day and hauled the old tile away. I love my new shower. I definitely would hire Mike again. He is an expert tiler and a gentleman.

Mike went over and above on this job in our opinion. We had a concern about tile color (as they do not make the color we have anymore) to match original tiles still remaining in shower. He carefully salvaged what tiles he could during removal of old tiles, cleaned them and reused them along with new tiles that were needed. The shower looks brand new now with the original colors and job was completed in two days as promised!

Started project on time, finished 1/2 day early, kept the mess and dust to a minimum, and was kind to my hyper dog :) We will be calling Mike again to do our 3rd bathroom!

I can't say enough great things about Mike Taylor with Taylor Tile. He came to our home promptly, gave us an estimate that beat everyone else, and he was super nice. He was busy, so he said it would be about 4 months before he could start the job, but he gave us a start date and 4 month later he started work on that exact date. The only problem we had (not Mike's fault in any way), was that the tile company we used never ordered our tile, which put things back about a week. Knowing that Mike keeps a tight schedule I was worried, but he was able to adjust things some and still got our bathroom remodel completed in a timely manner. I appreciated the fact that even though it wasn't his fault/problem, he really wanted to be part of the solution and make sure we were taken care of. Everyday Mike came on time, cleaned up after his work, and he was even nice enough to let my dog out to go to the bathroom before he left for the day. Our bathroom remodel turned out perfectly, and we would definitely use him again for any tile/remodel work.

Mike was wonderful to work with. I live in New York and am used to the level of service customary there which is difficult to find in Florida Although I did wait a long time as his scedule was booked months in advance, he did a great job, always responded to all my inquiries and did the entire job without my being there. He adhered to all the condo requirements & was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend him highly!

He’s done jobs for me for around 8 years and the work has been amazing. He did tile in my own home and rental properties, and every job was done well. He’s tiled several homes for me and redone showers and baths. He’s always on time and very reliable. I will never use anyone else

Mike did a great job - on time and within budget

Mike did an incredible job job with my bathroom remodel. He provided a timeline for the work, and stayed on schedule. It was a seamless, professional, meticulous installation. 2 weeks after the installation, my shower pan settled and a few small cracks in the grout appeared around shower floor. When I emailed Mike, he immediately responded to my concerns and addressed the settling issue. I can't give Mike and Taylor Tile Installations a high enough rating. From the beginning of the installation through the final follow up, his craftsmanship and customer service was simply extraordinary!

Mike/Taylor Ceramic Tile Installations did an outstanding job on my master bath renovation. Mike provided a timeline of what work would be completed each day. Each day, he communicated the status of completion. He was meticulous in the tile installation and cleaned up each day. It was an absolutely painless and professional tile installation, and his work is just beautiful. Without reservation, I would recommend Taylor Ceramic Tile for any tile installation!

Very pleased. Mike always arrived within the time frame that was scheduled and is timely with e-mails and phone calls. He made sure everything in the work area was covered and cleaned up after the work was complete. He did a beautiful job removing old tile and replacing it with new, removed old tub and installed a new shower base. He's very easy to work with and will listen to your suggestions and give advice when needed. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.

Mike was great from day one of our first conversation. I live out of town and so I relied on email and phone to complete this project. Mike was responsive and told me his schedule and stayed on it through completion of the project. He picked up tile for me from the retail store and returned the unused boxes for which I was reimbursed. My tenants state that the job looks great and via photos sent I have to agree. It was refreshing to work with someone who was responsible and did what he said he would do. I would definitely hire him again.

The wait for Mike Taylor is worth it. He is booked 4 months out because he is very good. The project took 4 days as planned. He was very punctual and the tear down was kept very tidy. The new tile is beautiful from Buffkin Tile. (Mike gives a printout of suppliers he works with.) You purchase separately.

Mike was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The quality of his work was top notch and the end result was exactly as we had hoped. He never hesitated when we had changes to make and he stayed on budget while going above and beyond to take care of small details. He showed up everyday when he said he would and he cleaned up the space each day when he was finished. I would recommend Mike Taylor 100% for any tile project and would hire him again with out question!!

Mike and Steve were awesome. Super easy to work with. When we weren't sure of how to redesign something Mike came up with great ideas. He went the extra mile to make everything look perfect. We couldn't be happier. It's getting harder and harder to find good people who return phone calls, show up when they're supposed to and do the work that they proposed. Mike did all of that and then some. Would highly recommend.

On schedule, so professional, on time, worked saturdays to keep on schedule. Absolutely very pleased with the end result. It looks amazing. Looking forward to future projects with them.

Mike and Zack were amazing. The work started about 2 weeks after initial consultation. The demo was done within 2 days when it was discovered that our entire drain system had collapsed pipes. Mike was very accommodating and understanding when the job had to be delayed for a month in order to get the pipes fixed. Mike promptly restarted work immediately after the pipes were fixed and finished within a week. Mike was very flexible when we wanted design changes and waterproofing upgrades. Will definitely be hiring for our other bathroom.

We have used this company before for 2 bathroom remodels so we knew the great quality of work. Had to wait a while to get on the schedule, but definitely worth the wait.

Great job. Did a bathroom for me a year ago also.

He tore out the cabinets, shower floor and floor and wall tile. Put in a new shower pan and put up new tile on floor and walls. He installed my new toilet and will instgall my new cabinets. He takes care of all the plumbing too. he was very professional and punctual. He kept the work area very clean and was a pleasure to do business with.

It went very well. We had specific ways we wanted everything done and Mike was very patient with us an accommodating. He made sure all was done to our specifications. He demoed the old shower, removed all the debris, retiled and installed new plumbing fixtures. We ended up going with someone else for the shower door as we wanted to use the frameless, but otherwise he would have taken care of replacing the door as well. Very happy with end result.

Mike did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly, leveled the floor, layer down the tile and came back the next day to finish the grout. Would certainly use them again!
