+ -1 moreI was moving out of a rental [carpets about 6 yrs old] in which you could see traffic pattern, spilled coffee, animal accidents, and yes...even printer ink. I was worried to death none of this would come out. Well these guys were punctual, fast and in 2 hrs had completely brought these carpets back to new and all the stains were gone. I was amazed, and because of them the landlord returned my deposit with minimal charges. Greatly appreciate the hard work guys.

+ -1 moreThey were extremely punctual. Two men came for the work and they were cheerful and postitive. They came right in and explained what they were going to do and got to work. They also had proper identification. They explained what kind of cleaner I needed to get for them to use ahead of time. When I called to schedule the appointment they let me know that there would be an extra fee for sealing the tile.
Description of Work: I hired Stanley Steemer steam cleaned and sealed my ceramic tile in 2 hallways and 2 rooms.

+ 0 more1700 sq ft house with combo of rug and tile and the whole house was done with the enzyme spray or grout tile protectant. I feel i paid a premium price for a solid job. There may be better deals out there but I was in a time crunch and overall I was happy with the job.
Description of Work: Two men showed up promptly on time, very professional, great equipment and very effecient. The carpet cleaning was good, but they didnt go out of their way to get dog hair out of the carpet (apparently once their is exposure to dog hair it will never be the same). They sprayed an enzyme that is supposed to kill odor causing bacteria (it has been a couple months and the rugs are holding up well). They also worked to get me a good deal on cleaning my tile and grout. They could have paid a little bit more attention to detail on some areas but for the most part it was a good job. They then convinced me to purchase a protective coat for the grout they just cleaned to keep it clean longer. I wouldn't pay for it again because it was a spray can that the gentlemen took a few minutes to use to cover the grout and it was an almost $100 addition. I feel you can buy the spray and do it yourself for much less. But again after a few months the grout is staying nice and white, but we will see in another year how it looks.

+ -1 moreThese guys are amazing. They always do a great job with the carpets. They cleaned carpets for us when we first moved here and we were very pleased with the quality and the price. The guys help take the carpets up off the floors, roll them, and get them in their truck.They are always really nice. They will offer extra deodorizing and protecting, but we always just get 'em cleaned.
Description of Work: They cleaned 10 carpets, only two were wool, the rest were arcrylic. Most were approx 6x9. They picked them up at one location, and, as per our request, delivered them to another location. The wool ones are a tad more expensive but we were still amazed at how low the price was.

+ -1 moreStanley Steamer was able to come out the next day after calling. My tile and grout had never been sealed and had not been professionally cleaned since installing more than 10 years ago. Needless to say, the grout and trapped dirt in the porcelain tile was pretty bad. The cleaners were very friendly and professional. They had our flooring cleaned in about two hours. The floor looks amazing now... like the tile was just put in. We,again, opted not to seal the grout as it was roughly double the price and sealers don't last that long on average. We, also, had an area rug cleaned and deoderized which is included in the amount we spent. We found that the price was very reasonable and well worth it. They charge .50 cents sqft unsealed and I think it was .90 cents sqft sealed. We would highly recommend this company for tile/grout cleaning and for sure will call them back in the future. If I had know how inexpensive it would be and how great my floor could look, I would have called a lot sooner!!

+ 0 moreThey were rather surprised that the original installer advised us not to get it sealed. They gave us some good advice. We had some stains and they told us that if we seal it, the stains wouldn't return. It looks good to me. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They told us it was going to smell like chemicals for a few hours afterwards, and it did. They were professional. They weren't cheap, but I would rather get it done right and pay a little more. Considering what was done, I think their price was reasonable. We would use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThe employees arrived within the appointment time window. Examined the carpet, explained what they were going to do, and hooked up their equiptment. While one began cleaning the carpet, his assistant was moving furniture and placing protective sheets beneath the feet of furniture. They worked efficiently as a team and did a very professional job of cleaning a very dirty carpet, ServPro cleaned this carpet about 12 months ago, but did not do nearly as good a job as the Stanley Steemer team and they charged a lot more money to do that inferior job.

+ 0 moreThey arrived on time and I was impressed with the ability of the cleaner to remove dirt, especially from the grout. The before and after was significant. The workers(2)were very professional and knowledgeable regarding questions. While a bit pricey, the results were good. Stains in the carpet however showed 100% removal at first, but then gradually returned. I hear this a common problem with carpet cleaning. Still, pleased overall(especially tile work).

There had been a cat living here with the previous tenant when I looked at this place, so I had been a little worried but I've been in here a month and haven't found one single cat hair!! So they really did a great job.
