I had gone to their computer site and filled out the many questions that asked about my rugs. The price came to approx. $255.00. I thought that was alot of money! I contacted a customer service person via phone and discussed the job. The lady said that that price of $255.00 was indeed correct. We went over each item step by step. I asked her if this was the firm price with no further surprises and she said, "yes, it was." I should have gotten a written statement but thought this way Stanley Steemer's way of now ordering services. So, I told her to send the carpet cleaners out on the desired date. I prepared the areas by moving items and clutter. When they got here the two young men did a walkthru and lifted up one of the area rugs and read the label stating they were wool. Then, they said wool would be extra, and the total would be $519.00! Firm. BTW, The young men told me to "never use the online form or to call corporate" ( a 1-800 number ). I never knew Stanley Steemer was a franchise. But, it is. The men said they will reveal the 'real price' and they gave me their card. I assured them that they were not expensive wool rugs, they said it didn't matter. They claimed to have used a different spray on the wool ones. (No one asked me about wool vs. synthetic carpet when I did the online form or via phone call.) Then they said that price included deordorizer (which I had not signed up for -apparently. ) I hesitated but really wanted the job to get done, so I said, to go ahead. I knew I was being rpped off. They missed alot of spots mostly in the master bedroom. To their defense, our house is naturally dark in the master bedroom. They didn't or could not get many of the pet stains up. That was it. A day later, I called the corporate office and told them about my experience. I felt blantantly ripped off. No senior citizens discount, no deals, no wiggle room. I was sized up and taken advantage of. In retrospect, I should not have allowed them to do the job. A few days later, I received a call from the office stating they would return to do the missed spots, but I declined. Ill never use them again.

2 associates from Stanley Steemer arrived on time, explained what work they would perform, measured the sq. footage and gave me the quote which was very near the price quoted on the phone. They did a great job cleaning the older ceramic tile and spent extra time on areas of high traffic volume which was obviously much dirtier.

They do my rugs too. I've used them since I've been here. One of the things I really like about them - sometimes after it dries a residue comes to the service, they come back and redo it. They don't recharge you.

I had used Stanley Steemer in another part of the country and had been very pleased, so I turned to them again. That was a mistake. They moved very little to clean under it, but the major issue was that they did not get the heavy traffic areas clean. When I complained about the remaining dirt, the man running the machine said it was permanent fiber wear instead of dirt. After they left I ordered a Hoover carpet cleaner from Amazon. Depending on the area, 90 to 100% of that "fiber wear" came up with a swirl of dirty water going into the catch tank on my Hoover. I will never hire this firm again.

The quality of the service is good. I call up and make an appointment. They are there when they say they would be. Their punctuality is right on the money. We have used them for several years.

I don't have carpet anymore so I won't be using them. I have a lot of furniture and they moved all the furniture back for me. I thought I would have to move it, but I didn't. Their quality was good.

It was perfect. They're really good, they're punctual and they get you an appointment as soon as possible. They're professional and they're recommended by other people. They do good job.

The crew came from Orlando and they were great!!! Sean and Miguel worked magic on my old carpet and now it is clean, sanitized and fluffy.

They're one of the very few companies that do hardwood floors. When someone punches in hardwood floor cleaning, they should come at the top. It went very well. They did everything that I asked them to do. They used machine to clean the hardwood floors. They're the only ones that cleaned hardwood floors, everyone else just did carpet.

scheduling is a breeze with the office. office called to let me know the team was on its way. the employees were prompt and professional. the tile looks great and was dry before they left (not like those other companies that have left my floors saturated with water). the furniture pieces look and smell great. always a professional team with stanley steemer! i will never use another carpet/tile cleaner.

I have used this provider many times over four years and have never been unhappy. Guys who come are very professional and polite. The carpet looks great when they are finished. They move furniture and use effort to get stains out. I have two kids and two dogs and when they leave my carpet looks new and lasts a long time.

Would definitely use again. Nick and Zack were very prompt, professional and courteous. I showed them what needed to be done, they gave me a quote, and I decided to save the leather sofa cleaning for a future visit (due to cost). They got right to work, and worked quickly. It's been a few weeks since the cleaning and the floors still look great (unlike when I do it with my home cleaner, rugs seem to get dirty within a few days because my Bissell doesn't seem to rinse well). I felt comfortable with them in my house. Very pleased with everything.

Can by and the estimate for just one room was $130. Told them to leave.

It was easy to make an appointment. They showed up right away. I was in a schedule so it was dealt really well.

They had the best price, and I had used them before. They were professional, they have a more casual office setting.

The whole process was great. They even took a few extra minutes and did a small hallway so everything would blend better. They were on time and efficient. Asked what was to be done and if any special requirements were needed. Set up and went right to work. Made a couple of suggestions with a couple of stains in other rooms. When done, they gave final instructions on drying and not to walk on it for a little bit. The men were very courteous and polite.

They came to the house and I asked them to clean the entire 7 rooms' carpets. When they looked around they said there was a big stain in my son's room that would not come out by any known cleaning method, as well as other stains in other rooms. They then "proved" it by attempting to clean the one big stain, and it didn't come out at all. We talked about how I would need to replace that carpet. They said "no charge" for the visit and I decided not to have them clean the rest of the house ($300 - expensive!) since there were stains in other places they said they wouldn't be able to remove also. My husband then came home and used some leftover stain cleaner we had from another company and he got the entire 5 ft x 3 ft stain out almost completely fairly quickly. At least Stanley Steemer was honest for not charging me, but inept in their ability.

called for an appointment and was given Sat. 5/4/13 between 2and 4pm. they didn't show up for the appointment, nor did they bother to call with an explanation or to reschedual.

They could not have been better. They were just super nice. They did a fantastic job. They will give a little demonstration of what they will do before they will have it cleaned. They were just great. I have used another company before and it was a big difference.
