Called Space Coast plumbing on Monday. Jake was at the house the following day at 8:30 a.m. and replaced my bath supply lines in about a half hour.He also installed the faucet pop-up at no extra cost. NO MORE LEAK . OH,did I mention the $10.00 off discount coupon from Angies List? Yes, the wife is happy.. No mess,no fuss! ..Jakes is professional and punctual. Jake was very timely. He arrived at the time he said would, and came back on the second day (at my request) to do additional work that was not part of the original problem. Work performed was done quickly and efficiently, and cost less than I expected. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We like them. We have used them more than once. They do very good work and they are honest. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't overcharge and make good recommendations. We at one point something was wrong with the sink and I was going to have them replaced, but they just told me that I didn't need to have do that and helped me out. We like them. I would continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

He arrived and discussed the problem. He was well-prepared and very knowledgable. He finished in less time than expected and charged me less than I expected. He cleaned up very thoroughly. And he was a very nice person, with excellent customer focus. I will definitely use him again when I have the need for plumbing service.

I had them years ago and they were good. Our house is old and there was a leak, so they came out to repair the same. They were very efficient and neat. They cleaned up themselves, which impressed me a lot. I would rate them above average. They fixed a leak under the floor and like I said they were neat with it. They were fairly priced at that time and seemed reasonable. The quality was good and I didn’t have any more leaks. Their responsiveness was excellent; they were punctual and professional.

The complete re-plumbing job went well and better than expected. Our 20 year old home in Brevard experienced several small water pipe (copper) leaks the past 2 years. In February'12 several larger leaks occurred under the slab. Based on recommendations by several plumbers and the insurance company we decided to have the water lines in the entire house re-plumbed. We had two Angie's list plumbers provide estimates and these were both in line with the insurance company's estimate. Both plumbers were top rated Angie's list plumbing companies and their estimates were professional and well done. We chose Sun Coast Plumbing because they explained there were various piping options available, explained the Uponor flex piping option, offered all piping options, and were very interested in high quality and complete customer satisfaction regardless of the piping selected. The Uponor PEX piping is a slightly flexible & insulated pipe that has some qualities better than copper and CPVC, including durability, flexibility, 25 year warranty that includes damage coverage. Even though it cost a little more, we chose the Uponor PEX piping and are happy we did. It went well from the estimate to the completion of the work. I performed research on a mid-size, under-kitchen-sink, quality Reverse Osmosis water filter system. Once received, scheduled Sun Coast Plumbing to install. Jake installed the unit per schedule and did an excellent job. It functions very well, we really like it, and his finish work under and above the kitchen sink was superb. Nice job Jake.

I searched Angie?s List for a plumber in the Satellite Beach area and found Space Coast Plumbing. Jake came out at the time agreed upon and discussed the pending job, and gave us a lot of practical advice. At no charge. We scheduled the service with him after receiving a very reasonable estimate.He arrived on time and performed all of the tasks agreed to and added another few. He was courteous, professional and personable. I found him so trustworthy, I left him alone to lock up after he was done, as I had an important errand. Before I left, I asked him how much more the cost would be, as he did do a few extra things for me. He did not add one dime to the original estimate! Thanks Jake. Went so smoothly. Jacob really knows his stuff, is courteous, clean and efficient. He came in right after the tear down, did all the prep work. When we were ready for the new installation, we called and he was here the next day. We will definitely call him if we ever have any kind of plumbing problem and will recommend him to all our friends.

The plumber came out and examined our worn out shaft and advised the repair would take about an hour and the cost would be $250.00. The part was not in stock and he ordered and called us when the part came in to make a second appointment for repair. He checked the shaft for leakage before he left. We are very happy with his work and his professionalism. We highly recommend him. He is the only plumber we will use from now on.

I have used Space Cost Plumbing several times over the last few years. They provided excellent service in every case. Intelligent problem-solving at prices that are reasonable and understandable. In 2010, the City of Melbourne came by to tell me what I suspected from a high water bill - there was a leak outside my house. I called Space Coast Plumbing and explained that. They fit me in that same day. The plumber came over, dug a hole and found the leak in the pipe which was caused by a tree root, fixed it, and replaced the dirt. All for a price lower than I imagined. He showed me what he did and explained that his detour around the tree root may not last forever depending on the tree root growth, but it has been almost a year and no further problem. I recommend this company without hesitation.
