They seem to be high quality people. Their products are pet friendly. If I have a problem, they're out immediately by the next day at the latest. They're professionalism is great. They ask you to get an example of the bugs that you have problems with so that they know exactly what bugs they're dealing with.

Jim showed up a few days later for the initial treatment. He knew what he was doing, and talked us through the entire process. It's been about a couple weeks since he was here, and his treatments are working like a charm.

I would recommend them to anyone. They're kind of a local operation down here. I haven't seen anything as small as a sugar ant and if you know anything about Florida, you know about these ants. If you recommend them to somebody, they give you a check or credit. We're very satisfied with them and they work with you to fulfill your needs. You do it all under contract and they do anything for you under the contract. They're great.

A couple of times when I’ve seen something and I called, the guy came right away. They call and set up an appointment before they come. Their pricing is good. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I have been using Slug-a-Bug for termite control for nearly 20 years. They have periodically trenched around the foundation of my house and applied termite barrier chemicals to the soil, issued a termite bond, and have annually thoroughly inspected my home for termites (most recently in 2011). There has never been any evidence of termite damage and I live in an area in which termites are a significant problem, especially in a wood frame home such as mine. Slug-a-Bug is prompt, professional and courteous. I found their prices to be competitive.

They do a great job. They are professional and reliable.

I have used them for several years. They provide a great termite contract and insurance for that. I have been very pleased with that. I have not been pleased with their spraying, and I am about to cancel that part of the contract. I have to go back, and spray after they leave so I am just going to start doing it myself.

They are very good at ridding your property of bugs. The workers are outstanding. They are prompt and economical.

They are really nice and always will come and do extra if I ask. They are knowledgeable and always answer any questions that I may have.

I was not happy. I showed them the ants in my driveway. He convinces me to get a contract. Then a guy came out to spray around my house. I found out that this guy was on commission. He uses scare tactics to get me to sign up. I wanted the contract cancelled.

Overall, they are very good. They are prompt and on time. They have nice equipment and they look and act very professional. They are very courteous and they take care of everything they are supposed to.

I got an estimate and told them what my problem was. They explained what they do and what their process was. They take care of my home right now. They do pretty good and their response time is pretty good. My problem has gone away. It has been good so far. I have a contract and I bought everything up front for the year. They came out very quickly for the initial visit. Their technician came out and did the treatment. I had a problem about three weeks in and I called and they had a technician here in about 20 minutes. Everything has been really good so far. The price has been very good and was competitive with another company I used. The response time has been better as well as the treatment. They did everything I expected and wanted. I got everything that I wanted.

The overall experience has been excellent with them. We like them. When we call and say that we have got a rat in our attic, they come out and get the rat. The staff is personable and they are responsive when we have any sort of problem. They usually come out the same day and the follow up has been good. We had a problem with rats in our attic last year and they took care of it pretty effectively. They worked the building and sealed off all the openings and basically were proactive about the whole problem and how to solve it. It would have been nice if the price was a little cheaper.

I had no complaints against them. They used contact pesticides and applied the area where the bees where. I have no problem since then

I have a contract with them. The price is different in summer and the winter. I have them come more often in the summer. They do their job and they do it well.

I contacted SAB after moving into my home because I had a serious ant and spider problem. A friend suggested I use them as she was always happy with their service. Dave and Kent are very professional, friendly, conscientious, prompt and helpful. I once emailed the company to ask them a question and received a response from the owner, Steve, during the holidays. I was surprised, to say the least, and he followed up several days later. I will never use another pest company because the service can't get any better than this. My yearly termite service is $185.00 and my quarterly treatment is $75.00. No more critters in my home!

So far they seem to be doing a good job and I will use them again in the future.

We have been using slug a bug for years and have always been impressed with the price, professionalism and responsiveness of the company. Once we had a piece of furniture we had bought with a bug infestation. They were able to identify the bugs (a type of termite), treat the furniture and the house to make sure that nothing escaped. They are a very good company to work with and I can recommend them without hesitation. Our house is insect FREE!

We liked the person that came out. He was very thorough. The estimate was not too high or too low. He looked around and told us that it is rotten but it was not termites rather than some of the others saying that those were termites. In other words he was more honest than the rest. We would consider using them in the future.
