So far, so good. We have fewer bugs than we have seen in the past with the use of two other service providers, and the lawn is looking good. The lawn guys actually call a day ahead, which is nice. I'd absolutely recommend them. We had coupons from Angie's list and they honored them. Very responsive and professional every time we've spoken to them.

We switched to Slug a Bug approx 4 months ago. We've been very pleased with the results.Are yard looks so much greener and healthier compaired to other neighbors who use another local company. No regrets at all, glad we made the switch.

He was fine. I thought the quote was in line with the others. He came out and told me about their services and what they would do as far as the annual pest control. He walked around the house to look at the house and provided me with a quote. I'd consider using them if I need to.

We need them to come back for follow up pest control for ants which I am told is normal for getting pests under control. They have been highly responsive to inquiries. The fire ant problem in our yard is definitely under control after failed attempts on our own. Our home was a foreclosure when we bought it so the yard was in real bad shape. So far, we are seeing improvement and hope that continues.

We called for an estimate on all aspects of pest control as we are new home owners in Florida. Chrissy called back and we made an appointment for her to come out. Chrissy was prompt,extremely polite and thorough. She gave us estimates for pest control,termite control and lawn service. The estimates were well spelled out. We set an appointment to have the pest control done. Nick came out and was exactly on time. He was also extremely friendly and thorough. He took his time to explain all the strange creatures in Florida and what to look for. He did an excellent job in spraying the house. We felt like we were friends and he assured us that if we see any problems to call and he'll be right back out. The experience with Slug-A-Bug was great and we will definetly use them for the other areas of pest control.

I had thousands of tiny ants everywhere.. I tried Terro liquid ant killer (destoys the nest). Terro seemed to be working but, they kept coming and coming..., endlessly for months. The day after SLUG A BUG treated my home, there were no more ants, anywhere! I paid about $75 dollars for the first three months of service. Folks at Slug A Bug are friendly and professional. Absolutely worth the cost!

The services needed involved spraying at my son's house to get rid of bugs (especially ants) that he had seen. We contacted Slug-A-Bug to get an estimate. The individual that came (Ben) to do the estimate was very thorough, knowledgeable and gave us what I considered to be a reasonable price. We contracted with them to provide their services for one year and have been very pleased with the results to-date.

We are very new clients of Slug-A-Bug, having recently decided to drop our previous law spray provider. Our initial contacts were EXCELLENT. * I called and left a voicemail one evening and got a call back from the office the next business day. * The employee who visited our home called back the same day (and the office followed up to make sure he did). * Given the large range of services and size of our lawn we think the estimate was very competitive. * A technician came out the same day to apply our first treatment. They are off to an EXCELLENT start!

Had provider come out for estimate. Very knowledgeable about the condition of my yard and various weeds/grasses that were growing and the best way to treat them. Still having other companies come out for estimates.

Used Angies list to find providers. Selected Slug A Bug based on knowledge of challeges in our external environment, concern for our pets and their reputation. The person doing the lawn application was extremely knowlegable and willingly shared information on steps we could take to better control some of the issues we have with our new lawn. The same can be said of our internal application. The only bugs we seem to have are earwigs...he treated the pipes where no one had ever treated before. Again, we were impressed with the level of knowlege he seemed to have. Time will tell, but so far I am glad we made this change. Aleady we have new runners in the lawn where cinch bugs had done some damage.

Sign up for a yearly service. They came and treated for instects. Another follow-up in three weeks.

Their pricing are great and they provide excellent quality service. We would use them again in the future if needed.

I like everything about them. I like their service technician guy and the owner. They do a good job and they are well trained.

They charge me charge $75 quarterly for their service. They are friendly and thorough. They make sure that my dogs are in when they spray. They always call before they come in do the routine quarterly service. But if I ever have a problem they come back and take care of it and they are very responsive. They give a good service.

They were actually really nice. I had them look at the lawn and they said that they sprayed everywhere. They took away from their profit, which was really nice that they were able to do that. I didn't really compare their price but I think their price is competitive.

It went very well. They were very professional, explained exactly what my problem was, how they were going to attack it, and all fees were up front and explained. Slug-A-Bug also sent me a security report with picture on everyone who came out to my house. This is a local company and I am very pleased.

We are very happy with the service. We had been having a problem with ghost ants for months now, and they were in our kitchen. We did not even want to cook or eat in our house. Bruce told us it could take a month for the ants to go away, however, we did not see a single ant after he left! Now we can cook and eat again in our house! We are so pleased with Slug a Bug, that we set up a year round service with them. I have already recommended them to several people!

My parents us this company since the 80's and we are still using them. Great company, gets the job done, beautiful lawn and NO BUGS in this house.

I pay them on a quarterly basis. I think they’re great otherwise I wouldn’t keep paying them.
