Description of Work: All went great. They did our lawn and we signed up for monthly service. I have conferred with them that we prefer to have a more organic service so that we do not hurt the wildlife, birds etc with any toxins. They are working on that approach to accommodate my request. We are in Florida where the noseeums that are like tiny mosquitos flourish so we are working on a pest control like cedar oil that will work on this organic way of not allowing them to reproduce without hurting other beneficial bugs.

I called our client to thank him for the mostly positive review he gave for us and also to see if we could do a better job on some of the lower scores we received. It turns out that the review was for our client's lawn fertilization and weed control company. Slug-A-Bug is also in that business however in this case we currently only provide our client with his termite program so we cannot take credit for the positive review he thoughtfully made for his lawn service company. I thanked him for talking with me and thanked him for taking the time to send in a good review. We like clients that take time to review work done for them. It gives companies the opportunity to really know if we've done well and it gives us an equal opportunity to make corrections when we miss the mark. It's all good either way.

Description of Work: Exterminating services. Excellent job. We used another company previously and the problem seemed to get worse even after 3 months of treatment. Slug-a-Bug got immediate results. There was a marked decrease after the first treatment and by the 3rd treatment all pests were gone. Great service and professionalism too.

Description of Work: Treated the property for termites. They even drill holes in the house next to sinks, baths and toilets to inject the chemical. I noticed one plug in my bathroom vinyl floor was a bit out of line so I took it up to put it in place and noticed that the drill hole was not filled so I put some caulk in it.
