As previously stated eradicated chinch bug problem that another company failed to recognize

They were suppose to do pest control for our home prior to moving in. After you moved, I received a call from them, telling me that they missed the service call. We had already moved all of our stuff into the house and it would not have worked. We already paid them and they just did not show up. I had him come out anyway, but he had to spray around all of our stuff and it was rather inconvient. He was suppose to do the outside and said he would come back for that and he never has contacted me back for that work.

We just moved into a home and the property was not vacant between the previous owners and us for more than 3 days. Upon closing we got to the house and a lot of dead large roaches were around the house, and a few live ones. We called Slug-A-Bug who also did our WDO inspection. They were able to come out ASAP and treat the home. The house had evidence of a large next in the guest bath, and Don treated heavily and advised us to seal off the pipes with a type of caulk. He walked around with us and showed us what to watch as far as all type pf bugs and to call if we were still seeing anything live nearing the 2 week mark. We have been and they responded right away to do a follow up treatment. They are a great group of people, and new customers get a great discount if they purchase a recurring service package and we think they are worth the price.

It’s been a very good experience and I would recommend them. They are very professional and responsive. They are constantly checking with me to see if I have any problems that they need to address.

There wasn’t anything unusual, and they seemed to be like everybody. I didn’t notice anything that stood out. They were pretty quick. I had no complications with them. I would recommend them to others.

Slug-A-Bug Inc - Pest Control/Exterminating They will try to over charge you. A person that knows them had told me that for my house if would be $75. And, for me to not let them charge me more than that. They did try to charge me a lot more. They just walked around my house, and said I had silverfish. I wasn't impressed at all. I don't recommend anyone to use them at all.

My call was handled professionally, I was met by a sales person promptly I signed the contract and the initial treatment was performed same day. Professional, Prompt, and Complete sums it all up.

I spend $80 to $100 on each of their visits. They are excellent. They are very service-oriented. The person who comes is very thorough and outgoing. He can pretty much answer anything that I ask him. They are one of the few technicians who call us and inform us what time they will be coming out.

SAB has treated my home for 5 years. My home is inspected yearly by Dave as part of my termite control contract and Kent treats the outside of my home and indoors, if necessary, every quarter. My termite contract requires a yearly $185 payment after inspection to keep it in force. I don't remember what the initial payment for preventative treatment was. My indoor pest control started with the initial treatment indoors and a quarterly treatment outside. The cost for that is $75.00 ever quarter. I once had a question on a 3-day weekend and emailed the company through their website. I wasn't expecting a response for a week but the President of the company, Steve, responded that day. I was amazed. He even had someone follow up with me that week. Slug-a-Bug has great customer service and their technicians and services are incomparable.

Everyone told us that this type of roach would be difficult to eliminate when we called around before hiring Slug A Bug. They educated my mother on what she needed to do in preparation and follow up and then came back 2 or 3 times over a few week period to kill off the newly hatched roaches. They were very responsive coming out to assess the situation the same day we called and provided the first treatment on the day and time that we requested. They responded immediately and according to times that were convenient for my mother each time they returned to kill the babies. The roaches have now been gone for over six months. Slug A Bug comes back quarterly to ensure that she has no pests.

I usually don't ever have to call them to come back and take care of anything. I have been using their service for about six years. They are very thorough in their work. The people are also very nice. They are also a very honest and trustworthy company.
