Description of Work: Mike did a great job removing the Malware from my PC. He came to my home, was very knowledgeable and quick. Added an anti virus protector at his cost, renewable every year at his cost. Charged by the hour at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use him again

Description of Work: Mike cleaned out all the viruses and Trojans that were residing in my computer. He also unloaded and reloaded my Norton prgram. The computer was exercised to see that it was all working properly, which it was. I remember talking to him on the phone and asking him if he could repair my computer. He said without any delay, "I guarentee it".

Description of Work: I had major problems with my Dell computer. My computer would not allow windows updates and kept crashing through the dreaded blue screen. Mike dedicated many hours researching solutions. Microsoft remote services spent a total of 5.5 hours on 2 different occasions over 2-day period and could not fix problem. Mike dedicated himself in effort to fix this problem on my 3 year old machine. In the end, the only conclusion was a bad mother board and we had to move on to new hardware. I utilized Mike's services to set-up the new computer. I have already recommended Mike to a friend and will continue to do so in the future.

Description of Work: I called Mike and told him what happened to my computer. He listened, asked some questions and said he thought I needed a new computer. He told me where to send for one or buy one and what to look for. He knew I was watching my money. He did not want to come and take money from me if he could not fix my computer. I shopped, and got a new computer, and called him. I did not open the package, he came over as soon as he was done with another customer. He checked my old computer first, found the problem in the fixture itself, then proceeded to bring all info to the new computer, and started up and showed me how!!(to set it). He was fast, kind and compassionate, answered questions and was her a little more than 2 hours. I thank Angie and her staff immensely, for without you all I would not have had such peace!
