Not started. We agreed to meet for drop-off of the PC. I was detained at work out of my control and running 20 minutes late. I phoned, apologized for being caught up, was driving and on my way. He abruptly sounded angry and hung up.

Mike did a terrific job!!! He had everything done in no time and gave me some helpful hints on Windows 10 and computers in general. He really is very knowledgeable and has so much experience with different computers and operating systems. He solved a problem I had with my scanner in 2 minutes after I had spent hours on the phone with HP who never could help me. He patiently answered all of my questions. If you're looking for someone honest who is not going to charge you a fortune, Mike is your guy. I would use him again in a minute and will recommend him to all my friends.

Called Mike and discussed the issue with my printer. He asked if it was an HP and it was. He knew of the problem (bad paper jam sensor). Told me it couldn't be fixed and it was better to get a new printer than waste the money having him diagnose it. That's great support.

Mike arrived at the appointed time. We discussed what our needs were, which included setting up a new desktop.Uninstalling unwanted programs and transferring all files from our old computer to the new one. Also worked on our misbehaving laptop while files were being transferred to new machine. While doing this Mike would take time to answer all the questions I had concerning both computers. What I liked about Mike was the willingness to share his knowledge and explain in terms that a lay person such as myself could understand. Am happy to recommend this gentleman, as a go to person for your computer needs.

Mike arrived within promptly in time. The problem required some skill because the program causing the issue could not be uninstalled in safe mode. He found a way to do it and left me with a computer that functions as new! He explained what he was doing and came across as very professional. He charged only 45.00 usd, which is a fraction of what you would pay if you take your PC to Best Buy or Staples. I highly recommend Mike's PC support.

Very well. Mike was punctual, helped me with all of the issues and was very patient with me. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was understanding how to operate and get past the issues of start-up. I have a new printer, IPad, and IPhone6 - Mike made sure they were all communicating. Love the fact that Mike comes to the home as I hate dragging everything around and sometimes the issue isn't with the computer but with the service provider and one would not know that unless it was hooked into the home.

I contacted Mike though Angie's list and asked if he could help me set up my wireless network and my laptop. He promptly responded and we set up an appointment for later in the week. Mike arrived on time and had my network set up and my laptop up and running in no time. He explained what he was doing so in case in the future I needed to reset everything I would know how. Mike let me power everything down and then up again to see if I understood his instructions. I am a little technology impaired, but all went well. If I need PC help in the future I will be calling Mike.

Replacement of a hard drive reader so I can isolate corrupt files on my old hard drive. Mike is my go-to computer person!

Mike was awesome. He was at my home for 31/2 hours trying to install the software. He encountered one problem after another. After following the tech support instructions to uninstall the previous software, the keyboard wouldn't work. But Mike kept at it. In the end, I opted to just get rid of it altogether and use another anti-virus software that Mike recommended. Mike cleaned up my computer, got rid of the Kaspersky, and downloaded a different software. I would call him again in a heartbeat. My advice to anyone reading this, DO NOT use Kaspersky anti-virus software. They have some issue that wreaks havoc on your computer. I could have NEVER sorted all the problems out and I was very grateful to Mike for his help. I contacted Kaspersky and told them this software was impossible to install and wanted a refund. I was assured I would receive a refund.

The computer is cleaned up and sites will open. He also installed additional security. We are very pleased and will use him in the near future on our pc.

Mike had me up and running within an hour. He fixed several bugs and helped tune up my PC. He was right on time. Answered all of my questions.

He is awesome. We called in the morning and Mike was at our house by noon. My husband and I had a variety of issues with our computers. Mike was excellent explaining (in terms that we could understand) what needed to be done and completed the tasks. He gave us a number of recommendations for our computers. His price was more than fair. Mike spent approximately two and a half hours with us. You can't beat his expertise or price.

had called Mike after getting his name from Angie's list. My Laptop just decided one day to not come back up-hard drive light blinked then would go out. Called him, told him it's age-he said I was lucky to have enjoyed it that long-go get a new one. I did, and he was hoping he could pull the info off old onto new - no such luck. He was wonderful!! He was here for 1 1/2 hours, was super nice, very helpful! I've already given his name to my neighbor & would tell anyone who needs computer help to call Mike. I was floored when he told me the cost-super reasonable!

Mike was great. When I called him, he was out picking up his dinner and promised to call back within the hour. He did. He didn't even have to come here, he did everything remotely. He signed into my computer, downloaded all my missing files, which I was sure were lost forever, and thankfully weren't! He also fixed whatever other issues I had with basic features/functions. He billed me through paypal. The experience was great, the price was too. I will be calling him back as now I have issues with my lap top. Mike is knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. I highly recommend him.
