Description of Work: The cleaning person was on time and worked really hard. I used one of the Angie's List deals (3 hours for $60). Our house really needs 4 hours so it did not all quite get done. However, I was pleased with the end result and the price.

Description of Work: I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, hoping they would clean the areas we neglect, like dusting and windows. The cleaning person spend 2 hours on 1 of my bathrooms, that was already cleaned the week before. I asked the person about the time and concern about getting to the rest of the house. She said not to worry, she has a system and will take care of me. I was OK with that and she continued to clean the other 2 bathrooms. She came to me 2 hours later and said she had to go and wasn't able to finish. She didn't touch the kitchen and did minimal cleaning in the living room. I basically paid $89 to have 3 bathrooms cleaned. | |I was thinking the special pricing was an introduction to their service to setup scheduled cleaning. I expected some sort of follow up from the company, maybe asking how the service went, but didn't here from them at all.

Description of Work: I spoke with the office manager today 2/2/2016 after a brief conversation explaining my husband's death that I was hoping to schedule my appointment she proceeded to tell me that my housecleaning voucher I purchased had expired 90 days after my purchase. She said as long as I signed up to be a long term customer she would honor my voucher. Well upon looking at my Angie's list account it hasn't expired that it is good for 6 months. How can I trust this company to come in my home when the office manager lied to me and tried to offer me what I paid for bur only if I signed up for additional cleaning. This is disgusting and a disturbing way to take advantage of the elderly especially after my husband passed!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: They cleaned my parents house which I was skeptical because they never had their house cleaned by anyone else, nor did they want anyone to clean their house. But, to my surprise they loved the young lady that came, and have her coming in regularly now. I am sooooo thankful that it worked out so well.
