She arrived late. She went into the bathroom to clean and closed the door behind her; we waited for a while then opened the door to check on her she was sitting listening to music. While mopping we kept after her to change the water because she was using the same dirty black water. Did not use aprpriate cleaning products. cleaning was slow and not thorough. Toward the end she informed us that she is new and working on improving her skills.

Very thorough. She showed up exactly on time, was friendly, did a good job.

I asked her to work on the bathroom first because there was a lot of yellow on the shower tile. That worked out great. I was surprised that she didn't bring her gloves. I gave her some gloves. She didn't have the right kind of cleaner to clean the granite in the bathroom either. She spent a lot of lot in the bathroom. I didn't feel like the floors got very clean. When she left out the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned. She didn't seem to have all of her supplies and I don't feel as if she budgeted her time well.

The cleaning professional did a great job, she was friendly and courteous. I wanted the place cleaned very well since the owner did me a great favor in providing flexible stay times. Magic Mops well satisfied the requirements. I'll probably have them come in a couple of times a month to take care of my new condo.

They do average work. I didn't like the way they washed the floors with the spray bottle, but that was the only major concern.

It was a rocky start but once the cleaner arrived she worked hard did a great job and even for extra cleaned my litter boxes which has never been done by cleaners before I would use again for sure!!!

Went very well. Joanne was prompt and very personable. Will have her back whenever I need the service again. Lady at the office that called to confirm appointment, (sorry I can not remember her name) was also very professional and personable.

She was pleasant and on time. She asked what I wanted done. She was inconsistent. I did not realize this until she left. For example, she dusted one side of the bedroom end table, but missed a lot on the other. Another table was completely ignored. Two small area rugs in the kitchen were never shaken, before they were put down again. I asked the kitchen floor to be moped. It was only swept.,After she left, I re swept it and a lot of dog hair and sand had been missed. A lot,! After she left, I remembered I had asked her to sweep the patio area. She asked if I had an indoor outdoor vacuum. I did not. She never touched the patio. All in all, I was very disappointed in Magic Mops. Based on quality of work, this was overpriced. I realize not all MM employees are like this, but based on the quality of work done, I will not use them again. I cannot recommend them. This the first Angie's List big deal that hasn't been good.

The first cleaner arrived about 10 minutes early and got to work. About five minutes after the second cleaner was supposed to arrive we received a phone call from the business' office manager that the second person's car broke down and someone else would arrive "in about 30 minutes". When I asked if that person is going to stay 30 minutes later to make up the time I got a curt reply of "they'll stay until the job is done". The second person arrived about 40 minutes late and began cleaning. We told them to concentrate on bathrooms and the kitchen then to move out from there. At about 20 minutes before the first person's time was to end they said they were done and asked us to have a look. We found a few things that were missed or needed to be redone which they took care of (we should not have had to tell them to clean things that they should have done to begin with). They both left at the same time - about 10 minutes early. So, we only got about an hour and a half of the two and a half hours the second person was supposed to work. It would have been ok if they had done a thorough job. After they left, we did a more thorough inspection in the master bath and found dust on ledges and built up dust and dirt on the floor near the walls and in corners. We shouldn't have to do a thorough inspection before they leave and find what they missed. That's their job. They were obviously in a hurry and were by no means professional home cleaners.

She was right on time. Very friendly. Cleaned the whole house, plus cleaned some windows!

she was very professional and did not stop once. Even when I thought she had done it all, she said there was time left and she found other things that I had not seen or expected. The only problem was the schudling. I was told 8:00am. When I called at 9:00am they said I had the wrong date. I was not happy about if and she had someone out here immediately. This could have been my fault. I will give them the benifit as she made it right.

We've used them a couple of times thus far. Their prices are low, and they do a decent job considering what they charge for the service.

They did a great job, were very thorough with the cleaning, and acted professionally while at the house. However, their follow up was almost non-existent. That is to say that they never called me to ask when I'd like to schedule my next appointment or to see if I was happy with the service in general.

I have been with Magic Mops for a few years now and i couldn't ask for better service! They're prices are fair and worth every penny. I really appreciate how consistent they are at keeping up with the entire house. I have never had to complain about anything and I'm not worried I'll ever have to. I look forward to many more years with them and would refer them to anyone in need of any cleaning services.
