Description of Work: We used them once before and all seemed okay.This time the person who made the appointment sounded annoyed when I couldn't change to a time more convenient to them. Two weeks after the cleaning, I noticed some stains returning. I called the company and after speaking to the provider,I was told his wife would let me know when he would be in the area to look at them. It is August 4th and still waiting.
