Haley's Comet Carpet Cleaning

THe team showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning with care several pieces of italian microfiber furniture and several area rugs. The furniture is very light (yelllow) and it had been some time since it was professionally cleaned. I was concerned as the furniture is expensive and did not know how it would turn out. They did a great job!

Didn't move anything, didn't raise wood items on blocks. I mentioned I needed dining room table shifted to clean by the legs, it didn't happen. Carpet stayed really wet for two days, didn't dry quickly and I run air all the time. Plus side, it did clean the carpet and removed most of my older stains. I still would have preferred the extras of protection of my furniture.

HUGE disappointment. My appt. was for 11 am. I called at 11:35 and was rudely told that there is a give-or-take 30 minutes because some run appointments run over or under. Made sense. Before they arrived, I vacuumed the rugs 2x each and moved all of the dining room chairs. They didn't show up until 12:45. I was told that he was running late because his doctor's appt. ran late. I think they were trying to make up the lost time on my rugs. In and out. Wet rugs, wet tile. He cleaned up some of the wet tile and I did the rest. I couldn't see or smell any difference (pets) and thought maybe it was because the rugs were still wet. All dry today and there is no difference in the appearance of the rugs; we can still smell pet odors and one carpet actually looks streaked from the machine. Maybe this was just a bad day for them but I would not hire them again nor can I recommend them.

It was another great experience. They cleaned my whole house. I have recommended them to multiple people, they have all been happy as well.

Very polite professional and personable; answered any questions I had. The cleaning was done quickly but thoroughly and I would not only recommend them but certainly plan to use them again!

Before coming, they told me that they didn't move furniture. By this, I assumed that they meant sofa, book cases, beds, etc. They also suggested that I vacuum before they came. I did this and I moved a lot of small furniture into rooms with tile to make things easier for both of us. When they got here, they went right to work. The machine they used worked like a floor buffer and did a good job of cleaning the heavily soiled traffic areas. They moved more small chairs etc into the tiled area and proceeded to work. In one bedroom, they moved a chest onto a bed. When they finished, they propped a recliner and lift chair on foam blocks and said "Don't put the furniture back til the carpet dries which should be in about 4-5 hours. They acted like they couldn't wait to get away. They had been gone about 15 minutes when I realized they had left the chest on the bed. There was no way I could move it back to the floor, so I called and they came back and moved it, propping it on foam blocks. The price was reasonable but I did a lot of extra work compared to when I used other services. I expected the furniture to be replaced and plastic put under legs that may be damage by or stain the wet carpet. The cleaning job was very good, but I was very unhappy with the aftermath of having to put up with furniture out of place and having to move it all back myself when the carpet was dry.

I'm moving and wanted to get everything clean before transferring to the new place. They were on-time, very professional, and worked extremely quickly. I will use them again for future cleaning needs.

Haley's Comet did a fabulous job with my grout and tile as well as my carpets the week before. Can't beat their prices or responsiveness! Great service!

Annually I call Haleys to clean my carpets and rugs and this year just before company was coming I realized my white sofa wasn't white any more so I gave them a last minute call and they cheerfully came out on a Saturday morning and "brightened the sofa so that it looked new again! Always pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about different fabrics and I like living in a small town and using the local companies here.

dropped off the carpet... he quoted price over the phone... stuck to it... and delivered in perfect shape... Have more carpet that needs to be bound.... quick service too.

He was wonderful, efficient, friendly, and professional. He scheduled us quickly, returned phone calls, came as promised, left the house very clean.

VACUUM AND CLEAN THOROUGHLY

They were late getting here, kept getting lost which if that was the only thing that happened I wouldn't have given a bad review. They charged us extra for freshener which I don't think they used, at least I never smelled it. All the stains came back within a day. I was told on the phone that they were going to use the latest and greatest machine on my carpets and when they weren't using it, I asked why and he told me I didn't have enough room in my house. 4000 sq ft house. They didn't move anything, even light chairs, just went around them.

I spoke to this provider regarding a deal that they are offering for $59.95. The lady I spoke with told me that there is a three room minimum and that I would have to pay $10.00 extra despite the fact that the fine print of the deal states they service my area. This lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very efficent operation.Arrived on time cleaned two rooms of carpet in less than an hour. Left everything clean and orderly.

Professional, on time and awesome job. By far best cleaning we had had in years after using another local company. Carpets look brand new.

Could not be more impressed with their service. 12 yr old carpet looks new after three kids worth of wear and tear. Sofa looks great, tile looks brand new. Grout was black, now is white. Prompt and professional. Really impressed.

The results were amazing; The 20-year-old carpet looks brand new, even the worn areas around doorways and some scattered wine stains. Greg is proud of his equipment and of the work he does, and it shows. A super job at an amazingly low price!

The experience went well, as Haley's Comet has a really good system that heats the water, and pulls the water and dirt out of the carpet . They treated the carpet for odors, and cleaned it thoroughly. They pulled up the worst of the stains created by a pet cat.

The provider contacted me immediately to schedule service. He arrived promptly on time. The carpet was cleaned very well including some stains caused by the movers.

Haley's Comet was the only carpet cleaner my dad used . After he passed away, I moved into his condo. I have used Haley's x2 and each time was greatly surprised on how many stains and odors they were able to remove. I have an elderly, sick cat who has difficulty with litter pan. Needless to say my carpet took a beating. The guy's were able to remove stains and odors from the 20 plus year old carpet. I was thinking I would need to replace it, but after the cleaning, it looks great. They were here on time, went to work and were out a short time later. I am thinking about having them clean my old, worn tile. There were no hidden fees and the guys did not try to talk me into any extras. It is a small, local business, that does a wonderful job.
