Description of Work: Complete upgrade/replacement of HVAC System. Competent craftsman who proceeded with the installation in a professional manner. Job completed with no apparent problems in one and one half days. All areas were returned to original clean condition. Units perform as advertised. Time will tell if they in fact are as efficient as claimed. Thanks to Mr. Decker's great crew for the professional work.

Description of Work: The repairman was very nice and discovered that my AC needed a part replaced, and as a result of the bad part it had lost a lot of freon, so freon was added. He was professional, thorough, and fixed the problem immediately. I would use Deck-Aire again for further AC issues.

I have always tried to answer all Angie's List reviews in a respectful manner. Obviously this review is a joke or an attempt to lower our rating by a competitor or friend of a competitor. We attempted to contact this supposed customer and were promptly hung up on. The customer stated in the review that we charged a million dollars for the work performed. We have never charged $1,000,000.00 for anything. If this alleged customer would like to pay our company the million dollars he said we charged I will happily retire. It is too bad that the Angie's list forum can be used in this manner. Some negative reviews are legitimate and then there are some are people who think that we should provide our services for nothing. A good portion of bad reviewers are people who want top services but don't want to pay for them or don't think that we should charge enough to provide and back our services and also make a profit. We do not solicit our customers for Angie's List Reviews like other contractors on Angie's List. Others do this to get positive reviews and so all of the negative reviews end up buried amongst hundreds of good reviews. We let our customers leave a review if so inclined. When you do this you get a greater percentage of the people who do not want to pay for legitimate and fairly priced services who use Angie's List as a way to punish us for trying to make a living in a fair and honest manner. Frankly I am tired of it and would like others to treat my business the way I treat businesses that I use for services. I respect them and understand that they are in business to provide a quality product and make a living for their family. If I am not satisfied with the services I am provided I contact the service provider for resolution. I don't go on a campaign to try to destroy their reputation like this person has. We have an "A" rating on Angie's List, A+ with the BBB and a 100% Satisfaction Rating on surveys our equipment provider Trane sends to every customer we install a system for. We have been in business almost 30 years. I don't really think I need to say any more. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Description of Work: Duct work: Seal all connections on the duct system with fibrous mastic sealer, install new four piece plenum adapter on the air handle open the existing return duct front and seal the connections from the inside. Complete check of the air conditioning system operation.

Description of Work: Deck-Aire installed a complete replacement Trane A/C system. the installers were on time and did a great job including additional vents and duct work. The quality of the work far exceeded the original contrator. They were able to fix insufficeint return airflow and properly sized the supply lines. Thank you Deck-Aire.
