+ -1 moreIt started out fine but they never came back and finished the job. We paid in full but we are still missing kitchen cabinets and other items that we paid in full for and they started the job last Nov. We also gave a deposit 8 months ago for some family room cabinets that have not been started. Contractor won't return any phone calls or texts.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman came over and I signed a sheet of paper. He and several crew members came and worked on just one bathroom for about 5 hours. They left my bathroom exposed and they never came back. They also damaged the bowls under the bathroom sink and it leaked. The whole hallway was flooded and the guest bedroom with new bamboo wood flooring was damaged. I had to replace the entire flooring with another contractor which cost me $2000. With months of credit card disputes, the credit card company decided in my favor because All About U Home Improvements wasn't licensed and insured. I got $4000 back but they kept the $800 dollars. The Florida License Fraud Department came to them because they have been advertising that they were licensed and insured when in fact, they were not. I would NEVER use them again!
Description of Work: All About U Home Improvements was supposed to get my two bathrooms remodeled and completed in a certain period of time.
