Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts in the house. It went very well. They had suggestions for filters to use in areas that we had not been using them before. They were neat and clean and finished the work in a very timely manner. They called and confirmed the appointment time and day and even emailed a picture of the technician who would be doing the service. The only problem I had ( and it really wasn't a problem) was that a different technician called earlier than the appointment time and said he had finished the prior job early and could be there sooner. He was not the technician that they had sent the picture of and they never let me know that someone different would be doing the job. Honestly I would have never even thought twice if they had not emailed me a pic of the "Original" technician. I guess if they are going to offer that service, then if they change it they should let us know so we can still have that same "Secure" feeling. I was very happy with the total package and will be using them again for my parents house as soon as financially possible.
