Description of Work: The $229 (sale priced at $89) cleaning consisted of vaccuum the air ducts from a single duct and sweeping the exterior of vents. There was no internal cleaning of the ducts. I was upsold the germicidal fogging for $199. This consisted of literally blowing smoke through the air intake. I am disappointed.

Description of Work: The gentleman came out and set the machine up to one of the air ducts. Within less than 30 minutes the ducts were cleaned. I was very happy with the overall procedure and mess free. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I paid $69 from Angies list and it was in the Safari coupon paper for $44. I did call and the manager said I could have a credit towards my next service. I was still disappointed that the service could not be matched and a refund due. Money doesn't grow on trees and during the season could have been used for gifts. In the future I recommend to all to read the safari savings book first before buying on Angies List.

Description of Work: They brought in a big vacuum device and sucked air out of the vent. However, instead of vacuuming the end of the line, where dirt and dust would have accumulated, they vacuumed near the beginning of the ducts, presumably because it was easier to access. It was clear they didn't put much stock in cleaning the ducts but were primarily there to look for leaks and other problems with the duct work. There was certainly no difference in the air quality after they did the work. Don't waste your money.

Description of Work: Very professional, but was in our home for 15 minutes and tried to upcharge a $69 air duct cleaning into a $1,600 air duct cleaning. We were told our home had mold in the coils, etc. However, the service cannot prove that either the mold exists or if their methods remove same. That said, we feel the provider attempted to upcharge for unecessary work. Provider was unable to prove the service itself was completed (via confirmation of removal of dirt or dust from the existing vents). Provider was polite and courteous and on time. However, would not recommend.

Description of Work: The technicians performed the air duct inspection and cleaning for the agreed, pre-paid cost of $69. They had also recommended the sanitization service to optimize the cleaning procedure, which we chose to have done for an additional $199. Their inspection revealed the presence of mold at several locations that they showed us with smart phone shots. Considering the age of our home (1990) and the condition of the duct work, they provided a written estimate for duct work replacement and installation of a UV lamp that we will seriously consider. Overall, we were very satisfied.
