See above. They were very cordial and did come back to re-deodorize and did offer a reduced rate for the following year. It would have been nice though to get that better rate, the first time.

The technician was polite, courteous, and on time. However, we would not recommend this service as it seemed to be a total waste of time and money on everyone's part.

Nice person but they were here less than 15 minutes to clean more than 12 vents and inspect ac. I declined the 600 additional service and they were done.

The tech was very believable and sincere, we were led to belive that were/is oodles of living germs etc.. in the our whole system and we agreeded to let him sprayed something into the system. All in all, we believe we did the right thing, but we have absolutely no proof that anything was improved in our system. Buyer's beware!

They were professional and fine. I did ask them to not discuss anything with the tenants (said that they did not)

Workers very professional and worked efficiently and neatly.3 person was not appreciated. 3rd person trying to upsell everything, felt pressured to buy more and the little amount extra we did spend we regretted Would not use them again.

The gentleman that came out to the air ducts was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and the work he did was fantastic. We had never has the ducts cleaned since we bought the house in 2005. Angie's List was running a special for $69.00 so we thought it was a good idea to have them done since we did not know if they had ever been done. Our house was built in 1981 so we didn't know how bad it old be. Turns out there was just medium dust up there so not to bad and I'm glad I had it done. I would use this company again based on the overall experience.

Grady, the technician was polite, friendly and professional. He used a machine to clean the ducts, cleaned and dusted the vents and walls thoroughly. The price was the most reasonable ever and the service was better than others I have had.

Aireserv did a complete new air conditioner system, inside and out. They were very professional and courteous, they arrived on schedule and had left my home clean after installation. After the installation one of the new system a representative had stopped by with a thank you card and did a thorough inspection of the work provided. I would highly recommend Aireserv of Melbourne for any of your air conditioning needs.

Grady, our technician was prompt. Prior to entering out home he laid down a door mat on top of our door mat and put shoe covers on his shoes. This is the first time I have ever had anyone who came to do work at my house take such care to avoid bringing dirt into our home. Grady quickly diagnosed our air conditioner and established that there was a freon leak. He presented the option of refilling the freon but couldn't guarantee how long it would last. Due to the age of the unit it was recommended that we have it replaced. After a brief call Grady had an estimate for me along with different payment options. I took his recommendation and had the unit replaced. The day of the install Grady came with another tech whose name I do not recall. They were very prompt. While working on replacing the air conditioner a problem with the drainage was found and repaired without any extra cost. Upon completion of the work these two gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use our new thermostat and explained how to register the air conditioner with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Grady asked if we had any questions and told us to let him know if there were any questions or problems. A week or so later a very pleasant sounding woman named Anna called to try to help schedule an inspection from the city. Anytime I have any air conditioner issues in the future I will definitely be calling Aire Serv.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We were walked through the entire process before the work was done and all of the work was done very efficiently.
