"Further information has come to light since last review. Todd Kirkland does not hold ANY construction license. In fact, going back to 2003, he has been charged in Alachua and Marion counties in Florida for acting as a contractor without a license as recently as 2018. ANGI supposedly did a background check, but obviously failed to do so. Marcia Kirkland is the only one who actually has a contractor's license. She did not even visit the site of our project until 3 months AFTER it was started and we discovered their fraud. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!"

"If you are looking for a professional contractor that meets the qualifications you set forth with respect to competency, honesty, integrity, punctuality, communications, customer service and fair pricing keep looking... This firm is a total deception. After a complete inspection. The repairs of common master flash maintenance was not performed, even after an engineer explained exactly what needed done. Ghosting after the incompetently riddled repair. Denying a follow up inspection. Very deceptive business practices and excuses. The roof leaks worse in the same spot than before Jauregui Roofing graced us with their skill. As of today the leak has not been made right. Nor has David visited the site after being paid in full."

"Ryan Plute is the owner/operator of Village Land and Lighting, LLC. Ryan genuinely puts his whole heart into every job he does. He is an educated engineer and all-purpose problem solver. Most recently Ryan removed two of our 8’-tall X 7’-wide and deeply rooted sweet vibernum hedge plants which had been terminally damaged by a stroke victim’s SUV. Ryan replaced them with two 30-gallon sweet vibernums. Even though this was a relatively small project Ryan made time to visit and view the job-site before formulating an estimate when all other vendors only wanted pictures. Ryan immediately made certain that public utilities were notified and that they had marked their underground lines before he began digging. He coordinated and supervised the nursery crew during the installation of the new shrubs and old vegetation removal, and Ryan meticulously cleaned the area upon completion.
