The project started out well. The owner was very helpful and on time. When they showed up to do the job they ran out of parts for the windows so they didn't finish. They needed to order 3 additional rods for the windows. I still haven't heard back from them on when they they will come back to finish the job.

They showed up on time. They were responsive. They were clean. They knew what they were doing. They finished work on time. They did a good job overall.

I will probably go with them for windows. I am just waiting for the insurance. Their estimates were comparable. They are very reputed company. They were professional and courteous, when they came out. They were good.

We were very impressed with the way the doors were installed. They fit perfectly. The locks work fantastic. Mike, the owner, even had the doors painted for us. They look beautiful. We were very impressed and happy and would recommend his company to anyone. Mike Shay and his assistants do answer all questions. He upholds all promises he makes.

They came out within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Mike, the worker sent out, came out for the measurements. I wanted impact glass installed, but that was not compatible with my door. Mike gave me another option that I was very happy with. The door was put back together by Friday. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks by another company. They did a beautiful job! I believe the price was about average and they cleaned up after themselves as well.

Mike returned my call promptly. He set up a time for Lee to come out and look at my windows. He told me that if they could not be repaired, there would be no charge. Lee came out to look at the windows. He was on time. He let me know that he had to go back to the office and try to find wheels that would fit my windows. He took pictures. Unfortunately the company that produced the wheels no longer made them. Mike called to give me a time when Lee would return. Lee was on time and spent about 2 hours on both windows, but got them working. Both Mike and Lee were extremely professional. They knew that I was not able to replace the windows at this time, and Lee solved the problem. I would definitely call them again.

They do multiple things on windows. I recommend them to people. They are not over priced. I have used them for years. They are very busy and you may have to wait a few days after you call in for their services but they are worth it. They are courteous, quick, and they have everything with them, they don't have to run to the store to get things.

We requested a quote via u.s mail on Nov. 3, 2007 and they came out and measured on Nov. 8, 2007. We decided to use them and gave a deposit of $900.00 on May 20, 2008. The doors were installed May 27 in a professional manner. The installer worked alone about four hours and did an excellent job. He was well mannered and cleaned up after the job was finished.

They have the best price in town and they are also very clean and neat. They even swept up after themselves. They tidied up the new windows and disposed of the old windows. They are a good group of guys who I would recommend to anyone.

I called. They came out as scheduled. The service person was knowledgeable and polite. Job well done!

THEY WERE OKAY EXCEPT FOR THE DELAY IN STARTING THE JOB. THEY GOT IT DONE IN TWO DAYS WHEN THEY ACTUALLY STARTED. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THERE WAS NO MESS AT ALL.

I FEEL THIS COMPANY OVERCHARGED ME FOR ONE WINDOW. THE WINDOW WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY OUT TO FINISH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY SLACKED.
