I found Carlos to be honest, responsive, a perfectionist about how the work was being done. A thorough explanation about what he was going to do. He went beyond what he needed to do. Easy to work with, very fair price. Made sure everything was done right and cleaned up after the job. He always responded quickly whenever I had a question . I would highly recommend Air Rescue for any job that you may have!

I said thank you for your time, but no thank you. If the information here is deceptive, I am concerned about how the job would go. I do not know anything about their actual work. Both the woman on the phone and I were both polite. I'll try All Year Cooling because of the owner's responses to problems. Wish me luck!

Carlos inspected the leak and provided an estimate to repair. He detailed out what needed to be done as the unit was improperly installed in the first place causing the drain pan to fill faster than it could drain. I agreed with what he discovered and he came back on Friday to dismantle the entire unit. He was meticulous in taking the unit out and used drop cloths even though it was in the garage. The unit was raised on a new frame and reinstalled. He taped-caulked-and sealed all places to finish the job. I had to call him back as the repair revealed a new leak which he came back to repair on his own time at no additional expense. The original AC company did not do the work properly when installing the unit two years ago and it finally created issues not easily solved. Carlos also checked my second unit in the attic and serviced as needed. He was good on completing every part of the jobs in a very professional manner.

It went GREAT! The kindness, honesty, and down to earth nature of this company is refreshing. As a Floridian since 1954, I have had many a service call to repair A/C's. I have been a bookkeeper all of my life and have also dealt with many an air conditioning companies throughout my career. Carlos is one of the most honest A/C contractors that I have ran into providing quality work in a timely fashion and his pricing is nowhere near what the other high priced companies are asking. If you're looking to save money and have your problems solved quickly you need to call Air Rescue Cooling & Heating.

It went very well. My AC is up and running. Mr Garcia was very nice and informed of new things about my AC. They had fair prices.

Provider arrived around 10:30am with both units, started by removing old units then performed the installation installation. New units were of different size. He had to ensure proper placement in actual brackets. Upon completion of hardware installation he did performed the units servicing test and check. All checks test good. Remove old units and junk. System has been working for a day good.

I would highly recommend Air Rescue. Carlos was wonderful, he explained everything he did and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.

He did work as promised everything went better than expected I would recommend him.

Responded to my problem within seconds of posting it. They were polite and knowledgable.

The whole process went very well and I am just awaiting inspection by the city authorities; only delay is related to getting an appointment with the city, which is being handled by the office of the provider. Registration of the new equipment was also handled by the provider and a copy was sent promptly to me via email.

They did a very good job. Extreamly fast. They had a four man crew with two outside taking out the old unit and two inside working on wiring. Finished in less than 3 hours. It looks great and I'm very satisfied.

Our AC broke down around Thanksgiving, just before we went away for vacation.After our trip it ( the compressor) was repaired by Lindstrom (12/12/15) for 823 $ ( Maintenance contract included). 3 weeks later we had trouble again ( evaporator coil).Lindstrom told us that it has to replaced.His offer was 5489 - 823- 233( 5% discount)= 4433.- ( permit, warranty included) We got a 2nd opinion by Air Rescue, what was 2800 plus 150 for the permit. We decided for this company and lost the costs for the senseless repair by Lindstrom, what is unfair. Air Rescue ( Carlos and son) did the work promptly and professionally and were very friendly.Muchas gracias!

Carlos and his team are the best! We had tenants who had just moved into our property complaining that the A/C wasn't cooling properly. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Carlos & his team came right away and replaced the failing A/C unit. Mission accomplished -- everyone was happy! We've called on Carlos in the past for many other A/C issues, from small to large jobs. Carlos is very reliable, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He & his team get the job done in a most efficient, professional manner. We are never happy when we have A/C problems, but we certainly can count on Air Rescue Cooling & Heating for our problems to go away quickly & reliably!

Carlos and Mike were very professional, showed up on time, finished on time and I paid the amount I was quoted on the estimate. Very professional and thorough job. Was not an easy job, as the air handler is in the extremely hot attic but they got it done without a hitch. I will use this company again for any additional AC needs I may have.

repaired our airconditioning unit while we were on vacation Carlos did a fantastic job we were very happy with the work that he did. Came back from vacation and the air unit was fix. He also said that if we had any questions after the work was done to contact him and he would expain but no explination was needed he did an excellent job.

They were very clean, professional, and prompt throughout the service. I would recommend them, they are very good. If I ever had an issues, they would come out right away. He is really knowledgeable about air conditioners.

They have incredible workmanship. He was on time, worked the whole day with another helper, and was very friendly. He kept me in the loop during the whole install and showed me after how to put a cup full of vinegar in after each filter replacement to prevent mold buildup and keep the pipes clean. Two weeks ago, I was at Costco talking to the AC rep, I asked about free estimates. He came out to my house and measured everything. He came up with an estimate of $6300 (I have a very small house) and the brand was Carrier. I thought that was high, and found out the guy from Costco was literally trying to rip me off. Carlos was able to install the same size unit quoted from Costco and did an amazing job. He is someone that gives a very fair price and backs up his work. I would highly recommend them.
