Service was excellent and Carlos was very professional. The cost was lower than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to others.

This work was done last year but I must not have posted my review properly. Carlos did an excellent job removing the broken a/c and replacing it with the newer smaller sized unit. We were very happy with the cost, quality, expertise and professionalism of Carlos' work.

Carlos came to my rescue. He discovered leaks in both coils. My coils were under warranty so he ordered the parts from the manufacturer. In the meantime Carlos refilled my freon so my house would be cool until the parts arrived. He lugged the old coils back and picked up the replacements. Worked almost 3 hours. He is appreciated. My family owns a condo and he will be getting the contract this summer.

Whenever a major repair or investment is needed, we always get several quotes from a number of companies to help us make the right decision. Therefore, we find the ratings and reviews on Angie's List extremely helpful, and that's why I would also like to write a review for the company we chose. In our case, we were very impressed with Carlos and the whole Air Rescue team right from the start. Our decision to choose Air Rescue was based on how professional, reliable and accommodating the company was. In addition, they offered a very competitive price. In the end, the amount quoted was the exact price we paid. It was very easy and pleasant to deal with Carlos and his team. They did a wonderful job dismantling the old A/C, putting in the new A/C and fixing some issues that had been lurking in the attic unnoticed for years. I felt very comfortable having them around the house. They were very professional, careful and courteous. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done! Thanks to Carlos, what began a week ago as a routine inspection of our two A/C units turned into a major reconditioning of the systems and the installation of the ultra violet air purifiers that will prevent the growth of airborne allergens, mold, bacteria and fungi. We have a dog, and during his inspection, Carlos opened the casement to both units which revealed an enormous amount of fur and mold on the wiring and the coils. He explained how and why the buildup occurred and strongly recommended that we address the problem sooner rather than later. My son has been visiting for the past few weeks, and while he's been here, he's had all the symptoms of a cold or bad allergy, but after I seeing the condition of the units and hearing Carlos's advice I knew it had to be done. Carlos and Frank came two days ago and did an amazing job of cleaning the blowers, wiring and coils of both units and installing the ultra violet purifiers. When Carlos and Frank were finished, they were so neat and careful you would never know such extensive work had been done. My wife and are so grateful we found Air Rescue Cooling & Heating and their superstar, Carlos. Our thanks also to Denise and Frank for all their efforts on our behalf. We'll always use Air Rescue and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Carlos was pleasant, professional, and a joy to have around......he was up on all the current requirements and made sure that my new unit would be fully up to code.....the old unit (put in by another company) was not up to code.....and, there were several holes, gaps, and spaces in the walls of the area that housed the A/C unit......Carlos made sure that each of those holes and gaps were fully filled in......I have already given their number to my House of Worship and to my Condo Board .......in fact, Carlos was at my House of Worship today and will be taking care of things for them....and, my Condo Board is planning on using him as well for some issues we are dealing with in regard to A/C units in our development.

Carlos from Air Rescue recommended a new unit for my Townhome, as the unit was almost 20 years old, leaking and inefficient. He gave me a great price, I know because I called about 5 other AC companies and they all quoted me approx $300 more for the similar units. He arrived on time, installed my new unit and new thermostat very quickly. He and his men cleaned up both inside and out. They even stayed until they were sure I knew how to use my thermostat, an Ecobee3 smart thermostat. They are very professional and so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend call them if you have any issues with your AC or Heating!

We were thoroughly impressed with Air Rescue, and the co-owner Carlos. We got approx 7 - 8 quotes from other providers. Rescue was not the lowest nor the highest, but they were by far the best value. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. It only took a few days from when we said "go" for them to do the install. Both systems were installed completely in one day. (Some other providers said it would be a multi-day project.) The quality of the work was excellent. They pulled the appropriate permit from the city, and when the inspector came to finally approve the project, he told me that he was "very impressed with the work....and I don't get impressed easily." If that isn't the highest praise you can get I don't know what is! All in all, we would not hesitate to use this company again. Carlos: thank you very much!

Carlos and his team went above and beyond to make sure the new systems were replaced perfectly. we have a unit above my garage that only had window units and he and his team added central A/c and its the coldest it has ever been. this company did a fantastic job. they were quick, clean and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was "Excellent"!! Quick response when I first called and installation went very well. Carlos and his crew worked very well together. They all were very professional, personable and neat. As it turned out, Carlos and I had a some mutual professional acquaintences, which made the experience even more comfortable. I had occasion to call Carlos after the installation and he was very helpful, even though I caught his off-guard. Carlos came over to inspect my air condition. Everything went on schedule and he will be back in 6 months.

From start to finish working with Air Rescue was absolutely perfect. We had gotten quotes from 5 different companies and I found that Carlos was the only one that really honed in on existing problems and offered solutions to fix them. Unlike with other companies, I did not feel like he was trying to up sell me on a unit that I did not need nor take advantage of us as first time home owners. For my 1500sq home I expected a 2.5-3ton unit (it was a 3ton that was needed and previously installed) but actually had others quote me a 3.5-4 ton! Getting the right size unit is important and Carlos was able to explain to my why he choose the unit he did , it really gave me piece of mind. His quote was very fair and the work done was impeccable. He did an extra vent inside a bathroom along with changing the intake grill and he left the space clean and good as new. Denise was always on top of the communication and answered any question I had. They are a great team. I will continue to be an Air Rescue client and look forward to them handling the service when the time comes. Thank you Air Rescue.

When I ordered the service, the office was very helpful in setting the appointment. The service was performed on time and Carlos, with many years of experience, was very competent and explained what he was doing as he did it. I will be calling him back in six months to fulfill the contract.
