Problem quickly identified and repaired.

They were very prompt and the price was very fair.

Door is working fine but I neglected to indicate the door was 18 ft wide. They will return when they have an 18 ft door bottom and install it.

one area of the door seemed to be off. Told John about it and he said the tech would come by. The tech didn't come.

Although there was a scheduling malfunction with the first appointment, the second one proved to to be a great experience.

Paid for the service in the morning. They were out by 3pm and tuned up the garage door. Didn't try and upsell anything. Just did the job I wanted them to do and I couldn't have expected it to be done any faster. Will definitely recommend.

Jason came out and did a great job. He also replaced the piece of weather stripping at the bottom since it was old and had been ripped away in some spots. He lubed all the rollers and the track and did a full check and gave me an honest assessment. Good to know that I can replace the rollers with newer ones if I choose and also add an exterior keypad, both quite inexpensively.

Exceptional, friendly, courteous, honest service...my technician lubricated all the working parts of my door, checked the balance, springs and my rollers and to my relief informed that I had a fine quality working garage door (it is very old) and that no further service would be needed for a couple of years (in that time I would need new rollers and a bottom seal) What a pleasure it was to have this Co. come to my home and give me piece of mind that my garage door is in good shape and will continue to function properly for me. Service was done well-two rollers replaced at no charge. New logic board installed and all 4 remotes programmed. Service person was friendly and competent.

Great job, had to go and buy seal for our Door, but was so friendly and fast once he had the seal, I will hire them again if needed.

Perfectly. John arrived right on time, explained what needed to be done, after replacing springs he rebalanced the door, and checked to make sure everything was good. rolls perfectly. And he was from Michigan!
